When evening falls, guests can dig into an al fresco Kumaoni feast as the sun sets into the hills. Inside is just as serene, with plenty of classic regal charm, magnificent antique beds, traditional bukhāri and fireplaces. Grab a book and curl up or kick back with a glass of wine and catch up on your favourite cinematic hits on the outdoor projector! With lovely temperate weather through-out the year, you stay in the lap of nature, surrounded by beautiful mountains with views of extraordinary chirping birds, besides the ever pleasing flora and fauna all around you. Bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This is a cosy bedroom on the ground floor that opens up to a spacious verandah with comfortable seating arrangements. It offers a multitude of lavish amenities such a king-sized bed, heater, TV, an extra mattress and a separate workstation. This room is also equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This is a cosy bedroom on the first floor that opens up to a spacious balcony with ample seating offering a captivating view of the lush mountains. It offers a multitude of lavish amenities such a king-sized bed, heater, TV and an extra mattress. This room is also equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: This is a cosy bedroom on the first floor that opens up to a spacious balcony with ample seating offering a captivating view of the lush mountains. Bathrooms:

• This is a warm and inviting living room on the ground floor of the property. It offers comfortable sofa-style seating for up to 6 people. This space offers amenities such as a heater, music system, a fireplace, Wi-Fi access along with an additional dongle for connectivity.”}]

Living Area:

• The lawn is perfect for dining under the sky while overlooking a panoramic view or watching your favourite movies on the outdoor projector. Guests can also enjoy a scrumptious barbeque or bonfire sessions by the lawn.

Dining Area:

• There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room that sits on the ground floor of the cottage. Each of these bathrooms are spacious and are equipped with geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

Meals:

• A barbeque kit can be arranged at an additional cost of INR 1500. Groceries will be charged as per actuals Guests are requested to inform at least 3 hours in advance, if they would require chef services. Please note that the cook will not be available post 10 PM. Guests do not have access to the villa’s commercial kitchen. All rates are on a per person, per day basis.
