There are two living rooms, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor. The ground floor living room opens up to a patio, comes with a dining area, and includes AC, heater, TV, Wi-Fi, sound system, and CCTV. The first-floor living room includes an AC, heater, and Wi-Fi. Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. However, cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. The property features a lush lawn, the perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Guests can stroll or gather for bonfires and barbecues on the beautiful lawn.

• All rates are on a per person, per day basis. Breakfast is complimentary. A veg barbecue kit/grill is available for an additional cost. Coal and groceries are also charged separately. The cook will only assist with marination for barbecues. Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering-in is allowed. Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 48 hrs notice prior to your check-in date. Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
