• Bedroom 3: Located on the ground floor of Unit 1, this space is elegantly adorned with vibrant colors, luxurious furnishings, and a welcoming, homely atmosphere. It provides a sofa-style seating area that can accommodate 10-12 people, along with an attached dining area where guests can gather for meals. This space is also equipped with a TV, AC, Wi-Fi, wired music system, a heater, a workstation, and a CCTV camera to ensure security during your stay.

Bathrooms:

• The property features an entertainment zone where guests can enjoy a fun and lively time with their friends and family. Within, you’ll find a projector setup for movie screenings, a music setup, and comfortable table seating for lounging and relaxation. Meals:

• All rates are on a per person, per day basis. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum of 48 hrs notice prior to your check-in date. Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
