Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms at the Vista IV Apartment for 6 guests. All three are slightly different. The first bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has twins and an attached bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom also has twins but the guests staying here will get access to a shared bathroom. The beds are all antique wrought-iron made. The high-quality mattress and soft linen will help you drift off to a good night’s sleep.

They all provide homely comfort with clean walls and minimalist décor. But you will find everything to stay comfortable. All three bedrooms open to a wonderful terrace that offers stunning views.

Outdoors: When you stay in a sea-facing holiday apartment, the priority will naturally be the views. You won’t be disappointed in this Mallorcan home. The Vista IV Apartment has a beautiful terrace that faces the sea and the busy harbor. It has a very nice L-shaped sofa where you can sit back and enjoy the views. See the boats coming in and leaving the harbor. The hills are visible close to the horizon.

There is also an outdoor dining table in another corner of the terrace for your alfresco meals. You will surely enjoy having your food here. The terrace has a couple of daybeds where you can relax and perhaps sip a drink. Part of the terrace is under shade, so you can stay here even when it is raining.

Indoors: This residence has an interior space of 86 square meters. It features all the comforts you want. The living room with a large sofa is very nicely decorated. It has a television with many international channels. Almost an entire wall has a floor-to-ceiling door that leads to the sea-facing terrace and a second lounging space. The apartment has a second dining area too. The formal dining table is placed next to the living room sofa. Both the dining areas will seat all six guests.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven/hob, toaster, and many pots and pans. You will also find a utility space in the home with a washing machine.

Staff Quarters: The bedrooms and common areas all have air-conditioning to beat the summer heat. Of course, there is the sea breeze too that will keep you cool. The television has Netflix, so you can watch a movie with your family. There is YouTube to keep the kids occupied. For babies, the apartment provides a cot and a high chair. The bathrooms have basic toiletries and hair dryers. There is also an iron and an ironing board.

Location: This family-friendly luxury home is close to some of the best sights in Port de Pollença. The harbor, for example, is on the other side of the promenade that runs along the beach. You can rent a boat for a short cruise or walk on the scenic beach. Restaurante los Faroles, La Llonja, Bodega Can Ferrà, and Tolos are some of the best places for those who want to dine outside. They are all close to this apartment.
