Villa Z’Abricot is a hillside property, located on Mont Vernon III, Saint Martin. Made up of six bedrooms and four bathrooms, the villa boasts an array of unique amenities, such as a barbecue picnic area, a bocce ball court, a solarium, and an upstairs gym. It also features a swimming pool that overlooks neighbouring hills and the distant sea. The contemporary aesthetic runs throughout the inside of the villa. Each room in the villa features a bold colour to balance the main palette of whites, greys, and beiges. Natural materials, such as granite and various types of wood, give texture to the villa’s interior. The property is a five-minute drive away from Orient Bay, where families can spend a day relaxing. There are also great clusters of restaurants, also a five-minute drive away. With the town located only 10 minutes away (by car), guests have access to its conveniences.

Bedrooms: Villa Z’Abricot houses six bedrooms between the two levels. Taking the entirety of one attic is a dorm room that fits four single beds. This room is perfect for the younger children. Two more attic bedrooms can be found in the larger attic. On the main level, the other three bedrooms are to the right of the lobby (as you walk in). Two of these rooms have ensuites attached to them, with one housing a bathtub and a private outdoor shower. All six bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Outdoors: The terrace is made up entirely of wood decks. The covered area houses an alfresco dining table (seats 8 people), an extension of the kitchen area. A couch and a few sun loungers are placed onto the open area, overlooking the distant sea view. The 10m by 4m swimming pool can be accessed directly from the lobby. As you turn left from the terrace and go down a few steps of stairs, there is a path that leads to a covered barbecue area. Next to it is a picnic gazebo, leading to a bocce ball court. Past the barbecue area, the path takes you to a garden that can also be accessed from the bedrooms’ side of the main house. Upstairs, as you exit the gym through the door, there is a solarium where you can spend the day relaxing on the sun loungers with a view of the lush green hills of Mont Vernon.

Indoors: When guests enter the villa, there is a grand piano in the lobby, and a feature wall of the mosaic Mona Lisa. The lobby opens to the terrace area straight ahead. To the right of the lobby is the joint living and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with appliances such as a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a French-door refrigerator, an ice machine, and more. granite covers the L-shaped countertop and island bench. The living area features a long couch and a flat-screen TV, with satellite channels. There is a small staircase that leads to the dorm room. To the left is a hallway to the three bedrooms and staircases to the larger attic.

Staff Quarters: The property is secured by an electric gate. A fitness room with a variety of gym equipment is located in the larger attic area. There is an outdoor sound system set up in the backyard. There is a backup generator available in the villa, in case of a power outage. The laundry room contains the essential appliances such as a washer, a dryer, and an iron. WiFi runs throughout the property. Upon arrival at Villa Z’Abricot, guests will receive a welcome basket. Concierge services are available for assistance with logistical enquiries. The gardens and lawn are maintained by a gardener. Maintenance services are available on-call, to help with repairing items owned by the villa.

Location: If guests are looking to spend a relaxing day at the beach, Orient Bay is 5 minutes away by car. Likewise, a five-minute car ride will get them to grocery shops and great restaurants. The nearest town is 10 minutes away from the villa (by car). It takes 45 minutes by car from the airport to reach Villa Z’Abricot. A further drive north will bring guests to Cul-de-Sac Bay, where they can hire a ferry to Pinel Island to go on a hiking adventure or buy unique handmade souvenirs in the boutique shop.
