A modern villa just minutes away from the pristine beachside of St Jean, Villa Xanadu is a 4-bedroom home, with a unique construction of three separate villas. Located in the central area of St. Jean yet private and secluded, you will fall in love with the home’s lavish gardens and stunning ocean views. The home is also designed in a way that all the bedrooms are independent and thus ideal for a group of couples or friends. The entire property consists of three bungalows and a fourth larger bungalow that has a living room. There is a beautiful pool on the terrace with magnificent views of the ocean.

Bedrooms: Villa Xanadu has four bedrooms, three of which are part of the same pavilion. Adjoining the living room are two rooms with queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the pool, while the other one opens to the deck. The third bedroom is located upstairs led by a floating staircase. This is the large master bedroom with a king-size bed. The fourth bedroom is located in a separate bungalow with its own individual entrance. This room also has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. All the bedrooms feel cosy with slanting roof ceilings and have an AC, iPod Dock, and TV with Dish Network.

Outdoors: Villa Xanadu has a cliffside location so it has a lovely view of St Jean bay and Pelican beach, along with the Eden Rock Hotel, and its neighbouring islands. A few palm plantations surround the home perfect for a tropical feel. In the first bungalow, there is a shaded area on the terrace with an outdoor dining setup by the pool that can seat eight guests. A few sofa chairs are also kept on one side. There are a few sun loungers if you want to indulge in some sunbathing. Overall, Villa Xanadu has some pretty mesmerizing views of the ocean side, perfect to catch up on some fiery sunsets in the evening.

Indoors: Villa Xanadu’s larger bungalow has a living room, with three rooms and access to the terrace and poolside. The living room has an L-shaped sofa, couch chairs, and a TV set. The best view is right in front of you, the terrace that faces the blue ocean waters. The house has a separate TV room with bright yellow walls contrasted with art pieces. There is a sofa, chair and a bookshelf here with a vast collection to choose from. The bungalow with a kitchen overlooks the bay area and has an adjacent outdoor counter along with a BBQ facility. You can not just cook some delicious meals with a view but also savour them in the dining area right outside. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities, includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave oven, blender, toaster and an espresso machine.

Staff Quarters: Ensure a comfortable stay at the villa because it is equipped with all modern comforts. Make sure to specify baby cots and high chairs for your children when making your reservation. There is a parking space available for guests. Our concierge staff will be there to assist with any additional service needs. We also have custom surprises for guests of all ages. Daily housekeeping visits are scheduled except on Sundays and holidays.

Location: Villa Xanadu is located in the heart of St. Jean, so you are just 10-mins away from the lovely beachside. Pelican beach is also nearby. The exclusive Eden Rock Hotel is also a short distance away from the home. Another 10 min walk will lead you to the town where you can explore some local restaurants and beachside cafes. Sand Bar and La Plage are some of the famous joints to savour some local cuisine. Fort Gustave is also within 1.2 miles away from the villa. If you really love the ocean vibe, the other beaches you could explore are Saline Beach, Marigot Beach, Flamands Beach, and Corossol Beach.
