Bedrooms: Villa Vitti has five spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms are air conditioned for guests comfort , with large windows making the rooms bright and sunny. Two are master suites with ensuite bathrooms, the remaining three are suites, also equipped with ensuite bathrooms. The exquisite rooms are dressed in crisp clean white linens and excellent bedding, ensuring a peaceful night’s rest. Bedroom one is a master suite with a large Euro king bed, windows overlooking the glorious views and ample storage. A private Zen garden with sunbathing space on the interior side of the home and the stunning sea views complete this lovely space. Feel like watching a movie? The hidden HDTV rises from the floor, enhanced by a surround sound system, is a fabulous touch. . Bedroom two is the same spacious suite, and lovely and restful. Each suite has a sitting area, safe and is beautifully decorated in soothing tones. A large ensuite with jacuzzi bathtub and Bossini rain shower that illuminates the water droplets to whichever colour suits your mood. The ensuites are also equipped with bidets, plush towels and lovely high end amenities to create a real spa like experience.

The further three bedrooms also have ample storage and are calm and restful spaces and each has an ensuite.. The bedrooms are fully equipped with crisp white linens, quality bedding and mattresses..Each bedroom also has a tv and safety box for guests convenience. All bathrooms are complete with thick towels, hotel amenities and hairdryers.

Outdoors: One of the highlights of Villa Vitti is the feel of true indoor/outdoor living. The covered terrace is accessed from the lovely home,and boasts a built-in barbeque and equipped summer kitchen. A large dining table and chairs for ten guests overlooks the stunning swimming pool and fabulous water views, the perfect spot for a delicious breakfast, tempting lunch or BBQ dinner. . There are also various areas to relax outdoors enjoying views out across the the gorgeous gardens stunning spaces such as the beautiful Zen garden with seating, established bamboo plants and lovely tropicals which is completed with a cooling mist spray, a lovely feature.. Everyone will love the large swimming pool, with swim jets to swim laps, or just laze on an inflatable soaking up the rays. Sit back and relax in the sun on one of the many comfortable sunbeds or perhaps one of the dreamy day beds. Pool towels and sun umbrellas are provided. There is also a covered lounge area, for those wanting a cooler spot to chill out enjoying a coffee, cool drink or a lovely chilled wine perhaps. The villa is made for long leisurely days enjoying the outdoors and fabulous alfresco meals or simply enjoying with family and friends. The indoor areas are fully openable for a huge indoor/outdoor relaxing space, yet easily closed for those needing a cool down in air conditioned comfort. An outdoor shower and onsite parking is perfect for guests’ convenience.

Indoors: Guests enter this wonderful home and are welcomed into a large, impressive space. The living areas and two of the bedrooms are on this floor, with the further three bedrooms and fitness room on the lower level..

Spacious, light and bright, the huge living areas offer guests plenty of space to enjoy. The living room is perfect for relaxing night’s enjoying the company of friends and family. Plenty of very plush comfortable sofas ensure long, cosy nights. The lounge area boasts a HD TV which is hidden in the floor, a touch of a button reveals a large flatscreen TV., DVD,both French satellite and dish TV, Sonos speakers both in and outdoor and an ipod dock. Naturally there is wifi throughout the home.

The separate dining space is ample with capacity for 10 adults at a lovely timber dining table and gorgeous dining chairs, this lovely room is charming, and enhanced fabulous Caribbean sea views.

Conveniently located adjacent to the lounge and dining areas is the kitchen, wonderfully modern and in keeping with the luxurious villa style and well equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, washing machine, toaster, and utensils; all guests could possibly need to whip up delicious meals.

Staff Quarters: The villa is fully cleaned before check in Daily and Final cleaning is included in the rate as is linens and towels.

Location: Perfectly situated and very close to lovely beaches and beautiful little hamlets, the villa is in the perfect spot for those wanting to explore this stunning region. Guests have private access via a 100 step staircase, to the gorgeous Shell beach, just below the wonderful villa. The villa is a short drive to restaurants, shops, cafés and supermarkets in the town of Gustavia, for absolute convenience. Gustavia is a harbour for luxury yachts, fishing boats and is a fascinating spot to watch the comings and goings of this busy port. The town has a rich history and many historical treasures,with 17th century forts lining the harbor just waiting to be explored. The stunning white sand beaches of this lovely area are so close to your home away from home and perfect to soak up the sun and enjoy the crystal clear waters.
