1. If the guest wishes to cancel before 30 days of the check-in date, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
2. For any cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
3. Refunds are applicable only in cases where 100% payment has been made; partial payments are non-refundable.

Any additional guests must be approved by the management beforehand.Damage & Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any incidents to the management promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.Cleanliness: Please maintain the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. Use designated trash bins for disposing of garbage and avoid littering the property.Safety & Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa unattended. ELIVAAS will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.Amenities & Facilities: Use the provided amenities and facilities responsibly, and follow any posted guidelines.Compliance: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations.
