Bedrooms: Villa Vagnini features four bedrooms, all located upstairs, accessed by a staircase with around 20 steps. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a work desk and Wi-Fi. They feature minimal interiors with a focus on comfort. You will feel utterly relaxed after a good night’s rest in your plush bed. There are two bathrooms on this floor. The bathrooms are designed with showers and other modern amenities.

Outdoors: Villa Vagnini is situated over two floors and the ground floor is occupied by communal spaces that lead to the patio and garden. You can enjoy a delicious barbecue outdoors and dine at the al fresco dining area. There are sunbeds and parasols, terrace furniture, and other conveniences in the garden so you have ample room to sit and bask in the sun.

Indoors: The ground floor at Villa Vagnini is dedicated to the living room which is spacious, well-lit, and airy. It leads directly to the patio so you can move in and out easily. The living is furnished with armchairs, a sofa bed that makes for additional sleeping space for two, and a coffee table. You can take your afternoon tea in the living room, kick back, watch some TV on the flat-screen TV, play games, read, or simply catch up with loved ones. It is a private and cosy space with a fireplace meant just for you and your friends/ family.

The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with both American and Italian style coffee machines, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove, and more. You can easily prepare anything you wish to eat or drink. The kitchen is at your disposal. There is a dining area indoors so you can comfortably relish your food without interruption. You can even head to the al fresco dining area for refreshing outdoor meals.

Staff Quarters: The fully-equipped Villa Vagnini welcomes you and your loved ones for a memorable holiday in the Le Marche region, Italy. Not only do you have a splendid view of the bay of Pesaro, you also have a lovely garden from where to enjoy it. There is housekeeping at the start and end of your stay. There is free parking for guests, child-friendly playground, security, and more. You can even request cooking lessons to learn how to prepare some delectable local dishes.
