Bedrooms: The villa has only 2 bedrooms for 4 guests, which makes it a good choice for a small and intimate group of friends or family – parents with two children or two couples who want to holiday by the sea in the Caribbean. Both of them are lavishly decorated and offer a serene ambiance, which will help you sleep better and recharge for the next day.

The first bedroom has a king-size, four-poster bed and offers a view of the sea. It opens to a private deck secluded behind palm trees. The second bedroom is more modern in style. This room too opens to the terrace with direct sea views. They are both air-conditioned and ensuite. They both have large king beds, satellite televisions, DVDs, and in-room safes.

Outdoors: As you enter this villa, you will see a broad stretch of white sand immediately ahead of you. You can see deep into the Caribbean, sailboats moored at Colombier, and the islands of Forchue, St. Maartin, and Anguilla. It is so scenic that you may want to spend your entire holiday here. Follow the staircase, through the garden with rose and coconut palms and you will be at the beach. Villa Tichka is barely 20 feet away from Flamands, which is one of the most famous beaches of St. Barth.

The glass-tiled infinity pool is located at the very edge. The teakwood pool terrace has many loungers where you can lay down and let the Caribbean sun dry you naturally after a swim. Or you can simply relax here if you are not in the mood of going down to the beach. The open dining area seats eight guests.

Indoors: The living room has two walls that open almost completely to the terrace and the sea. This allows the Caribbean breeze to flow smoothly through the interior. It has comfortable deep-cushioned sofas around a television, DVD, and a stereo system, which will keep you entertained in the evening. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and many other modern appliances for your cooking.

Staff Quarters: Villa Tichka in Flamands Beach has everything you need for a luxury holiday. The swimming pool is exclusively for you and your friends or family. Feel free to use the villa’s kitchen, its appliances, air-conditioning, television, and DVD player. There is also a separate freezer and an ice machine. The housekeeping team will offer their services six days a week. You can also ask for on-demand services like an airport transfer, a professional masseur, or a chef for an extra charge.

Location: Flamands Beach has beautiful white sand. It is perfect for a long romantic walk or a chic lunch facing the sea. You will find many cafes and restaurants for seaside dining. It is also a popular beach for boogie boarding and body surfing thanks to the consistent waves. But it never gets crowded. You will find very few sunbathers, so you can be sure of your moments of privacy, when you may be alone with the beautiful nature all around.
