A sprawling establishment overlooking the glistening Lake Garda, Villa Teodora boasts 218 meters square of luxury space where you can wind down and relax. Perfect for larger groups of up to eight guests, this lake house is nestled in the midst of an oversized estate where you can enjoy ample sunshine and unblemished views of the surroundings. One of the best things about this villa is that it’s possible to book it alongside a neighboring villa to comfortably accommodate up to 16 people.

Bedrooms: Villa Teodora is furnished with three bedrooms, all airconditioned and gorgeously decorated in such a way so as to help you drift off to an easy sleep at the end of the day. All the bedrooms are spread out on the first floor. The master suite has a double bedroom while the other two rooms are each fitted with two single beds each. It’s possible to include an extra bed to accommodate one more child. All the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms are fitted with bathtub while the last one has a shower only.

Outdoors: An absolute oasis of well-being beckons outside, complete with a sprawling estate that offers the ideal setting for a sunset stroll at the end of the day. Owing to the villa’s prime location, you’ll have your very own perch over Lake Garda.

One of the crowning jewels of the villa is no doubt the vast infinity salt water pool as well as the large whirlpool which offers the perfect setting for winding down and soothing your sore muscles after a full day of sight-seeing. The pool area is fitted with chairs and tables for Al Fresco dining while the estate is dotted with olive trees and fragrant clusters of flowers.

Indoors: The oversized living area features a gas fireplace as well as a dining table where you can savor family-style meals while enjoying the views through the iron and glass conservatory. In the spacious kitchen, you’ll find a marble counter as well as modern appliances that you can use to put an easy meal together.

Head downstairs where you will find a luxury spa area, complete with lake and garden views. The villa’s spa is lavishly fitted with a sensory shower, heated jacuzzi, Finnish sauna and even a relaxation area with kettle for herbal infusions and a chaise longue.

Staff Quarters: With free Wi-Fi, Villa Teodora offers complimentary concierge service as well as cleaning and regular changes of linens, pool, as well as bath towels. Bathrobes are provided for your complete comfort. More importantly, you’ll wake up to fresh croissants and bread each morning, perfect for starting the day on a delicious note. For an extra fee and upon request, you can book deluxe services such as airport transfer by a helicopter that will land directly onto the villa’s front lawn.
