Bedrooms: The four bedrooms are distributed across the main house and a separate annexe making this the perfect property for a multi or extended family getaway. The master bedroom is located in the main house and features a large double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Elsewhere in the main villa you’ll also find a twin room with two comfortable single beds. The annexe features a further double room and a twin room. All bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring a calming white and neutral tone colour palette and air-conditioning being fitted into each room.

Outdoors: The outdoor areas at Villa Teguano are what really make this property special. As soon as you approach the main entrance you’ll be greeted by a lovely front yard with towering evergreen trees and an archway over the door that blossoms in the spring and summer. The back garden is sprawling, combining carefully designed patios with wilder lawns and forested areas. While you sit back and drink a cup of coffee on the veranda, which features a comfortable outdoor living room, your children can play football on the large back lawn. The whole family will love the glistening swimming pool, which is surrounded by lounge chairs from which you can supervise the little one as they splash in the water. End the day with the whole group gathering around the al fresco dining table for a BBQ feast prepared on the built-in charcoal and gas grills.

Indoors: The indoor areas at Villa Teguano combine elements of modern and traditional design, creating a sense of timeless Ibizan country living. Socialise with your family in the cosy living rooms, which with multiple sofas and lounge chairs has enough space for everyone to relax in comfort as you play a board game or watch a movie. The living room is arranged around a contemporary fireplace which will be perfect for creating a comforting indoor atmosphere if you visit in winter. Adjacent to the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, sink and much more. There’s also a breakfast bar where you can enjoy a morning meal or keep whoever is cooking company.

Staff Quarters: During your stay at Villa Teguano, you’ll be taken care of by the local cleaning team, the cost of whose services are included in the booking fee. If there’s anything else that you need, such as babysitting or airport transfers, the concierge team is happy to arrange those additional services for you.

Location: The villa is located in the quiet village of San Rafael which is known for its many bars and restaurants and ceramic workshops. The village hosts a crafts market every Thursday between June and September, where you can pick up locally made products and artisan souvenirs. If you’d like to experience the buzz of Ibiza’s main cities, Ibiza Town and San Antonio are just a 15-minute drive away. Here you’ll find the famous beaches and nightlife which make the island so popular, as well as opportunities to head out to quieter islands such as Formentera to experience the slower side of Balearic life, as well as one of the most gorgeous coastlines in Europe.
