Villa Summertime is an exclusive estate perched on the luxurious Pointe Milou coastal region of St Barth Island in the Caribbean. The house was earlier named Villa Capri. It has been completely overhauled recently and the name was changed to Villa Summertime, which is apt because of the swaying palms and other trees, the views, and the Caribbean ambiance you get both within the house and the surrounding areas. During the renovation, the villa owner has specifically focused on introducing modern comforts for the luxury of guests. Many walls have been removed to give it a more open feel so that the guests get better views of the sea.

Bedrooms: This villa for rent in Saint Barthélemy has 4 bedrooms for 8 guests. They are all separated from one another, which will give you more privacy, which you may prefer at certain times even while traveling in a group. Two of them have private entrances. Two of them are located on either side of the living room, both opening to the terrace through sliding glass doors.

The third and fourth bedroom are on the level below the pool. They too have private entrances. All of them are ensuite, air-conditioned, and offer partial sea views at least. The ensuite bathrooms are modern with rainwater showers.

Outdoors: You are likely to spend long hours in the splendid outdoor area of this villa. It has a long terrace, running through the front, and features a private swimming pool, sun deck, and a gas barbecue. Steps lead down gently into the pool. It looks lovely against the backdrop of the turquoise sea and the green hills. You can enjoy its cool and refreshing water anytime you want.

Why not enjoy a drink on a lounger after a cool swim? The poolside has several loungers, both under shade and in sunny areas.

Indoors: The natural hues of the villa décor add a sense of tranquility and understated sophistication. You will find this everywhere in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The airy, light-filled rooms are designed with neutral materials. Eclectic, playful elements like screen-printed cushions and antique furniture match the palm trees and blue sky outside.

The living area is a continuation of the terrace, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass door that opens completely. It is a large space with many cushy sofas. There are two dining areas, one just outside, and one in the kitchen, which is integrated with the lounging space. In the kitchen, you will find an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, and other appliances.

Staff Quarters: Villa Summertime is a family-friendly villa that has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. It has televisions and sound systems for your entertainment. There is air-conditioning for your comfort. Use the BBQ to cook up a grilled feast. Housekeeping service and the cost of electricity are both included with your stay. You can also ask for an airport transfer, and other services for a charge.
