Bedrooms: Villa Son Simo Vell has a total of eight rooms which can accommodate a total of 16 guests between them. All of the rooms are bright and spacious, with a modern colour palette which uses clean whites and soft pastel tones. At the centre of each room is a plush king-sized bed, topped with crisp linens and soft pillows. At the end of each bed is either a cushioned bench or pair of armchairs, so you’ll have your own, private seating area. All of the rooms also have their own ensuite bathroom, fitted with attractive, up-to-date fixtures, and are cooled by air-conditioning.

Outdoors: Villa Son Simo Vell is set among 35 acres of lush countryside gardens, perched atop a hill overlooking stunning views of the valley. There are a number of distinct areas of the grounds, ranging from open and convivial to private nooks. Begin the morning with a stroll through the manicured gardens which make up the approach to the house, perhaps taking a seat under one of the many trees for a picnic breakfast. If you don’t spend the day out exploring the island, enjoy a lazy afternoon beside the swimming pool, working on your tan from the comfort of a sun lounger as your kids play in the cool water. While the vast gardens allow each guest to find their own private spot, bring the whole group together for a delicious barbecue on the dining terrace, where you’ll find multiple al fresco dining table beneath elegant sunshades.

Indoors: Just like the gardens, the interiors at Villa Son Simo Vell are spacious enough for everyone in the group to lounge in comfort and privacy, while also offering a number of communal spaces where guests can spend quality time together. The villa has two living rooms: one of which is designed to facilitate conversation and the other of which is intended as a media room. Sink into a plush armchair in the living room in front of the fire as you discuss which movie you’d like to enjoy on the flatscreen TV in the adjacent media room. Whether you’d like to hire a private chef, leave the cooking to the culinary enthusiast of the group or have everyone chip in together, the large chef’s kitchen has everything that you need to cook three meals a day, which can be enjoyed either out on the terrace or in the formal dining room. Finally, the home has a couple of extra rooms that elevate the house to an additional level of luxury, including a home gym and a mini bar.

Staff Quarters: When you arrive at Villa Son Simo Vell, it will already be fitted with fresh towels, sheets and linens, and the WiFi and air-conditioning will be included. Weekly housekeeping is also provided, and additional services including laundry and car use can be arranged by the villa team. A trip to Pollensa transports you back in time, as you explore the historic, cobblestone streets while moving between excellent restaurants, bars, cafes and boutiques. If you’d like to take a beach day, the white sands of Playa del Puerto de Pollensa are also within easy driving distance, offering a laid-back, family-friendly beach experience.
