Villa Son Bennasar is an architectural marvel because it is a former mill that has been converted into a beautiful 3-bedroom private villa with luxurious facilities. Made with Majorcan stone, the home preserves a lot of the ancient structure that has seen years of grinding cereals. So living here is definitely a one-of-a-kind experience with beautiful views of the Sant Salvador mountainous surroundings. There is a swimming pool here as well. The historic structure yet a very modern home is ideal for a small family getaway.

Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and single bed. The other two rooms have two single beds. Two of the bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub facility. All the bedrooms are connected to the balcony terrace that looks over the pool and small garden area. The bedrooms retain the old world charm with stone walls and only essential furniture. Comfortable, soft linen and bedsheets will ensure you have a peaceful sleep in here. The windows and door face the lovely mountainside and ensure enough light and airy atmosphere within.

Outdoors: Villa Son Bennasar has magnificient views which makes its outdoors very pleasing. There is a huge outdoor terrace and a pool that is almost like an infinity pool. There are sun loungers to sit around and enjoy the light sun or fresh air. There is a portable barbecue so you can enjoy a perfect dinner outside as the sun goes down, sip on some local wines as you watch the views of vineyards. There is a dining table outside too. The verandah has comfortable seating arrangement to spend your time soaking in the marvelous views.

Indoors: The entire villa has maximum use of Majorcan stone which gives it a very rustic and warm feeling. The living room has a TV and a sofas around for everyone to sit together and watch their favourite shows. The large windows face the views of the vineyard. There is a separate dining area with beautiful chairs and classy cutlery. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary equipment for cooking meals. There is small dining table in the kitchen too. The bedrooms are minimally furnished, with wardrobe, an extra chair and bed in one of the rooms. All the rooms have fans and windows to ensure airyness.

Staff Quarters: Although the villa is an old-style structure restored into a home, it has most of the modern amenities ensuring you have a comfortable stay. The property has WiFi connectivity. Baby cots and high chairs can be made available for your little ones, but do put in a request at the time of booking. The other amenities in this home include a TV, portable barbecue, bathtub, hairdryer, washing machine. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, utensils, toaster, and dishwasher. An open air parking is available in the same premises.

Location: Villa Son Bennasar is at the foothills of Sant Salvador mountain and Santueri castle. About 3km from Felanitx, you can easily reach the nearest supermarket, shops and restaurants. You can also explore on foot or go biking to enjoy the rural countryside and its ancient castle structures. You can bisit the Castell de Santeuri which is carved within a rock. The Sunday weekly market in Felanitx is very famous for local produce, said to be one of the largest on the island. The beautiful ports of Mallorca and its pretty beaches are about 10 km away from the home. Sa Nau is a lovely cove with fine white sand and crystal clear waters enar to Felanitx.
