The villa offers amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, and you can spend your day relaxing at the residence’s beachfront pool. For those looking for something more active, we recommend visiting nearby activities such as scuba diving or exploring our island by boat. You’ll find everything you need to make your stay comfortable in our fully equipped kitchen, or lounge on one of many outdoor spaces that offer incredible views of St. Martin Island and its surrounding waters. The deck is a great place to relax and unwind, with plenty of seating options. There’s a table and chairs for dining outside, as well as a couch, hammock and sun lounger.

Villa Ski Beach is neutrally decorated with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with direct access to the beachfront terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying your morning coffee. This contemporary condo has air conditioning and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable all year round.

Outdoors: You will have access to the beachfront, so you can enjoy walking along the shoreline, past traditional thatched huts, and along a sandy beach. Villa Ski Beach delightful terrace has an ocean view where you can relax on a sun lounger or go for a swim in the crystal clear waters. Here you can watch the sun rise over St. Martin’s Bay or enjoy watching boats sail past from the comfort of your own home. There are also 4 common swimming pools where you can meet your fellow holidaymakers and make new friends.

Indoors: The living room is decorated in chic lilac and white where you can relax and unwind watching your favourite programme on the TV before heading out for dinner. You’ll love how it opens directly to the breezy dining area, which has a table for four. The American kitchen has all the appliances you need for your stay; including an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and coffeemaker. There’s also a breakfast island where you can prepare a delicious breakfast for your family. The laundry room comes with all the essentials for doing your laundry during your stay, washing machine and iron included.

The property offers good water sports facilities including sailing, kayaking and snorkelling right off your doorstep. Delicious restaurants selling fresh seafood are only a 5-minute walk away while local markets are a short walk from the beach club. Princess Juliana Airport is a 15-minute drive.
