• Bedroom 1: This ground-floor bedroom has air conditioning and access to a balcony that views out over the garden. A dressing table, extra mattress, heater, closet, AC and Wi-Fi connection are just a few of the conveniences available in the room It has a private bathroom with a geyser, linens and essential toiletries.
• Bedroom 2: This first-floor bedroom has air conditioning and access to two balconies that view out over the garden. A dressing table, extra mattress, heater, closet, AC and Wi-Fi connection are just a few of the conveniences available in the room. • Bedroom 3: This first-floor bedroom has air conditioning and two balconies with a view of the garden. • There are 4 attached bathrooms in the entire villa. All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

• The air-conditioned living room on the ground floor has luxurious seating areas, antique stools, and sofas that can fit up to 8 people. It has a fireplace, music system, AC, wifi, smart TV with a set-top box and air conditioning installed for a flexible stay. There is a bar area in the hall that caters to a fun cocktail evening.

Lawns/Outdoors:

• The air-conditioned living room on the ground floor has luxurious seating areas, antique stools, and sofas that can fit up to 8 people. It has a fireplace, music system, AC, wifi, smart TV with a set-top box and air conditioning installed for a flexible stay. There is a bar area in the hall that caters to a fun cocktail evening.

Meals:

• All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. A barbecue kit is available at an extra cost of INR 2500. Coal and groceries will be charged as per actuals. BBQ will be done by guests. Cooking and consumption of non-veg meals is allowed. Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 24 hrs notice prior to your check-in date. Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen. The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
