Located in Massa Lubrense, Villa Santa Lucia boasts a quintessential Tuscan-style architecture since it’s nestled in a reconverted farmhouse that dates all the way back to the 1700’s. The building has since been lovingly restored to add contemporary amenities while still maintaining plenty of its original Italian charm and character. Stretching over 500 square meters, Villa Santa Lucia has a whopping capacity of 18 guests, perfect for destination weddings, wellness retreats, holidays with friends and family or even corporate events.

Bedrooms: The villa has six bedrooms to very comfortably accommodate all the guests. In the first bedroom, you’ll find a double bed, television, and large window with garden views. This particular room is fitted with heating. In the second room, there’s a double bed as well as an attached bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The third room offers a double bed, attached bathroom, and oversized window with gorgeous views of Capri.

The fourth bedroom offers a double as well as a single bed while the fifth one provides two single beds. In the last bedroom, guests will find a single as well as a double bed, window with village views, air-conditioning, heating, and attached bathroom.

Outdoors: Villa Santa Lucia has a generously-sized courtyard where you can relax on outdoor sofas and armchairs. There’s also a sprawling private terrace with more outdoor furniture, ocean views, portable barbecue, and gorgeous vistas of the island of Capri.

Kids and adults will both be thrilled by the addition of the private pool which offers hydromassages. It should be noted that the pool deck is seasonally opened from April to October.

Indoors: Because Villa Santa Lucia is fully self-catering, it comes with an independent kitchen fitted with various types of appliances, including an electric oven, fridge with freezer, table for six people, moka pot, microwave oven, and a six-burner gas hob. This space also provides direct access toa terrace.

In the first living room, there’s a television, fireplace, armchair, and super comfy sofas that you can sink into after having explored the area. There’s also a second living room on the upper floor with a double sofa bed and views of Capri.

Staff Quarters: Regular cleaning is provided so you won’t need to worry about cleaning up after your family and yourself. Free Wi-Fi also makes it easy for you to upload your social media or stay in touch with your family back home.

Location: A short drive from the villa takes you to Cala di Puolo Beach where you can enjoy a swim in the lagoon or indulge in nautical activities. Closer to the villa is found the vibrant Massa Lubrense city center, known for its many retail and dining options. When you don’t feel like cooking, you can always check out one of the many restaurants dotted around Villa Santa Lucia.
