Bedrooms: Villa Sa Cabaneta has six bedrooms, two on the ground level and the other four on the first level. One of the rooms on the ground level has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is one fully-equipped bathroom along with one separate bathroom on this floor. The first level connected by comfortable stairs has four bedrooms, two of which have double beds. One of the rooms has a bunk bed and the fourth room has two single beds. There are two bathrooms on this level. There are two bathrooms that come with a bathtub, and the other two have showers.

Outdoors: Villa Sa Cabaneta has lovely outdoors with entertaining activities to keep you busy on your vacation. There is a large 5×10 m pool that has an extending terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, to relax post your swim. The poolside is surrounded by nice well-kempt potted plants and a small lawn patch which add a very nice green touch to the space. An outdoor shaded area with a thatched roof gives the feel of a shack. There is a separate space for barbecue, so you can prepare some delicious grills and cool them off in the breeze in the evenings. The upper floor of the house also has a terrace that looks over the Panoramic views of Palma city. If you have never tried your hand at tennis, then you can try out your skills on the private tennis court of this home.

Indoors: Villa Sa Cabaneta is a bit unique in comparison to other holiday homes because it has two living rooms, two kitchens and bedrooms on each floor. Both the living rooms have comfortable seating and a TV. The living room on the ground level has a fireplace as well. The room on the upper floor is a bit more spacious and beautifully adorned with paintings and antique elements. There is a wooden cabinet which has decorative glassware and large windows which keep it very bright and airy. The bedrooms are also nice and airy, ensuring you’re comfortable throughout the stay. There is a gaming room too with some indoor games and a ping pong table.

Staff Quarters: The villa is fully equipped for a luxurious stay. There is an AC in all rooms, free WiFi, a heating facility for cooler weather, a swimming pool, a BBQ setup, a washing machine, and 2 TV sets. Two of the bathrooms have a bathtub. We will provide you with bed linens, bedsheets and pool towels. We can also have a provision for a baby high chair and baby cot on request. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, freezer, dishes/cutlery, and dishwasher.

Location: Villa Sa Cabaneta is located in the town of Marratxi, a great shopping hub for local artistic creations. If you are interested in ceramics and pottery, you should visit Museu del Fang, the Clay Museum. There are over hundreds of contemporary pieces of pottery from jugs, dishes, and pots to the traditional clay whistle. You will also find nice alfresco dining restaurants in the town. Don’t forget to indulge in some Spanish tapas at Local No 2. The home is also in close proximity about a 10-min drive to the cosmopolitan town of Palma de Mallorca.
