Bedrooms: Villa Roca Verde has four bedrooms, three of which have queen beds and the fourth room has two bunk beds. There is one ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and double sink vanity. There is one other bathroom and a separate common toilet. The bed linen and pillow cover, add a bit of design and colour to the bright, airy rooms.

Outdoors: Villa Roca Verde is blessed with a wonderful location in Puigpunyent to enjoy the lovely outdoors. You can take a calming dip in the swimming pool and enjoy the greenery around. There are some sun loungers by the poolside. There are a few terraces with special outdoor seating arrangements. There is also a separate outdoor dining area that has a cooking space and BBQ setup. So, you can plan a nice dinner by the poolside under the stars, enjoying the quaint surroundings, feeling the cool breeze, and sharing the warmth of conversations.

Indoors: The home has spacious and sophisticated interiors. The major highlight of its interior is the designer fireplace. There is an L-shaped comfortable seating arrangement lined with many cushions. There is an HD Smart TV with WiFi connection to keep you and your fam entertained. Potted plants are lined behind this sofa, which brings in some pleasing greens indoors. A few steps lead to a deck that has a dining table. There is a big black polished cabinet which has a few books and other decorative elements. Wide semi-circular windows and door to the living room face the lovely outside views. There is a spacious and fully-furnished kitchen next to the living room equipped with all necessary utensils, classy tableware, and a dishwasher.

Staff Quarters: The villa has all modern amenities like an AC and heating facility, swimming pool, BBQ setup, washing machine, dryer, bathtubs, TV, and WiFi in all areas. We will provide you with bed linens and pool towels. We can also make provision for a baby high chair and baby cot on request. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, freezer, dishes/cutlery, and dishwasher. The home will be cleaned before your arrival.

Adventure lovers can go hiking or on bike trails to enjoy the great outdoors. The happening region of Palma is about 15 mins away.
