With five spacious bedrooms, accommodating 10 guests very comfortably, the property is the perfect location for family gatherings or groups of friends who wish to holiday together.

The villa overlooks the stunning countryside and is close to pretty little villages, glorious beaches or the buzzing town of Ibiza.

Bedrooms: The property has various options for the perfect night’s rest, three twin bedrooms and two double sets over two floors. Each of the beautifully decorated, comfortable bedrooms are lovely, with features including stone floors ,soothing tones, large windows or access to the terrace for the first floor rooms. Each has luxury linens, quality mattresses and are perfect for a good night’s rest.

The villa has four bathrooms, all modern and well appointed. The ground floor bedrooms share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, the master suite on the first floor has its own ensuite with bathtub and the two further bedrooms share a family bathroom with walk-in shower. The fourth bathroom is located outside with a walk in shower. Luxury towels are provided.

Outdoors: This glorious property has never ending views and many areas for guests to enjoy them. There are expansive gardens, and many terraces for guests to fully enjoy the rolling countryside, wonderful gardens and views to the mountains. The lovely swimming pool will be sure to deliver hours of fun in the sun, or just curl up with a good book on one of the many sun loungers or on the outdoor lounge area sofas, wander the lovely gardens or cook up a delicious grill on the BBQ, there is certainly plenty for guests to enjoy at this gorgeous property.

The villa has a large alfresco dining area, covered terraces and sun umbrellas to keep everyone comfortable.

There is also onsite car parking for 3 cars for guests convenience.

Indoors: Villa Wicker is the perfect spot for a family gathering with large living spaces and cosy nooks for everyone to find a comfy spot. There are two lounge rooms, each comfortable and luxurious, one with a massive sofa enough for 10 guests plus friends, and a large TV for fun nights watching movies. The second living space is cosier with a lovely fireplace and also ample comfy seating, and access to the outdoor terrace, perhaps the perfect spot for a quiet nightcap!

The décor of each living space is super comfortable and stylish with lovely furnishings and finishes.

The large dining area is next, conveniently located close to the large modern kitchen and roomy enough for all 10 guests to enjoy a lovely meal together.

The kitchen is perfect for whipping up a great meal that all guests could possibly need, including fridge and freezer, dishwasher, juicer, coffee machine and all necessities. The kitchen also has a washing machine provided.

Staff Quarters: Our lovely staff welcomes our guests for arrival.We provide all luxury linens and towels including pool towels included in the rental rate. We do expect our lovely guests to leave everything tidy however. For the absolute perfect vacation extra services are available including maid service, private chef and many other services, please request at tiem of booking.

Concierge: The Concierge team takes care of guest experiences! We are your personal assistants on the ground and help you with anything and everything from the moment you book with us, at no extra charge.

Location: Located just 2 kms from the charming village of Mercadillo Sant Jordi, guests are ensured true rural serenity but easy access to a vibrant little historic village with cafes, supermarket and shops. A few more kilometres brings guests to the heart of Ibiza city, the world famous home of fun and fabulous nightlife. The old quarter of town offers winding cobblestone lanes and is complete with restaurants, cafes and wonderful little shops for guests to explore with Renaissance and Gothic architecture in abundance, and is surrounded by the high end boutiques, restaurants and nightclubs that turns this town into the place to party and be seen for people from all over the world.

The lovely beach Playa D’ en Bossa is just a few minute’s drive from the villa and is the longest stretch of sand on the island. There are a myriad of water sports, restaurants, cafes and activities or of course merely soaking in the sun and swimming in the crystal waters, something to keep everyone happy!
