Bedrooms: Villa Porto Colom Select is home to three bedrooms, all located on the same floor as this is a single-storey house. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and

one with twin beds. There are two separate bathrooms and one ensuite bathroom. Each room is air-conditioned to make sure you enjoy undisturbed sleep. You have spacious built-in wardrobes to store all your belongings along a chest of drawers. The bathrooms have walk-in showers and other amenities.

Outdoors: What you have at Villa Porto Colom Select is a lovely outdoor dining setup with a wooden table that is perfect for breakfast under the open skies. There is a portable barbecue that you can use to grill fresh food and relish exceptional flavours. You can even walk to the pier, which is only 150m away from the property. The quaint space is perfect for you and your loved ones to spend some quality time.

Indoors: The open-plan living area at Villa Porto Colom Select is air-conditioned, full of sunlight, and outfitted with all modern comforts. There is a flat-screen, Smart TV for all your entertainment needs. The plush sectional sofa is ideal to just lay back, take a nap, or watch your favourite shows or movies. The wooden floor and white walls creates a welcoming and cool ambiance indoors to escape the sun outdoors. A set of glass doors that leads to the terrace allows fresh air to flood the room when needed.

The dining area is simple yet modern with a glass-top dining table and white-leather chairs. You can relish a hearty meal indoors or outdoors, as you prefer. The modern kitchen is fully-equipped and stands just behind the dining area in the open-plan layout. From a microwave, built-in oven, and induction stove, to a coffee maker, it has everything you can possibly need.

Location: The location in Porto Colom is idyllic because you can simply walk to the pier and watch the turquoise sea at your leisure. There are yachts and boats moored at the pier while the promenade is great for a simple walk. Cala Marcal is the main beach in town for lovely sea views and sandy shores.
