Bedrooms: During your stay in paradise, each day will begin and end in one of Villa Pointe Milou’s four luxurious bedrooms. Each designed in a bright, modern style, with wall art depicting vibrant Caribbean landscapes, this is the perfect place to get into the spirit of island life. Three of the bedrooms centre around a king-sized bed, whereas the forth features two twin beds which are convertible to a king-size. All bedrooms are ensuite, and feature Smart TVs so you can take a quiet moment to yourself in front of a movie or TV show.

Outdoors: Open up the living room’s sea-facing wall and step through the archway onto the sundeck. You’ll immediately find yourself on the shaded terrace, which is furnished with plush sofas and an al fresco dining table. If you’d like to enjoy the warm touch of the sunlight, sink into one of the comfortable sun loungers from which you can work on your tan, or take a dip in the refreshing waters of your heated infinity pool. Seeming to stretch all the way to the glistening Caribbean sea, this is the best seat in the house from which to admire the villa’s stunning sea views.

Indoors: This newly built villa is a masterclass in sophisticated modern design, with spacious rooms, clean lines and colour palettes and fully-retractable walls and doors which create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The large living room is the perfect place to enjoy some respite from the afternoon heat, as you watch a movie on the Smart TV under the cool air of the ceiling fans. This main room is open-plan, also featuring the super-modern kitchen which will delight foodies with its range of up-to-date appliances and fittings, including an oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, wine cooler and more. One unique feature offered by Villa Pointe Milou is the fitness room, featuring a top-of-the-range Peloton Bike,an ensuite bathroom and Smart TV.

Location: As you might suspect from the name, Villa Pointe Milou is located in the peaceful Northern neighbourhood of Pointe Milou, an area known for its splendid views, peaceful atmosphere and upscale villas and hotels. The villa is within walking distance of Maginot Bay, where you’ll find quiet beaches with warm, shallow water. The larger beach of Grand Cul-de-Sac is also easily accessible by taxi or a scenic walk along the coast. One of the most popular and built-up beaches on the island, Grand Cul-de-Sac offers a vibrant drinking and dining scene, as well as plenty of opportunities to take part in waterspouts activities such as jet skiing and diving.
