The 8 bedrooms can sleep up to 16 guests. It is also a great place to stay with children. There is plenty of space for dining, lounging, relaxing, and having fun. Bedrooms: Villa Podere Gaia has two independent units – apartments 1 and 2. Apartment 1 has three bedrooms, two on the ground floor both with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. One has a walk-in shower and the other has a bathtub. The third bedroom is on the first floor. It has a large double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The three bedrooms together in this apartment can sleep six guests. Apartment 2 is bigger. It can sleep 10 guests and is spread over three floors. The ground floor has one double bedroom with a shower. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. There is also one sofa bed that can sleep one more guest. The fourth double bedroom in this apartment is on the second floor. Whitewashed walls help provide a restful night. High-quality locally procured linen gives comfort.

Outdoors: The villa sits within a 5000 square meter extensive garden that is perfect for chilling out and soaking up Italy’s rural landscape. You will get impressive views of the surrounding hills and valleys from almost every corner. It sits on the slope of a hill, so you will be looking down into the valley that is dotted with many wild oaks, vineyards, groves, and lavenders. The turquoise water of the large 5×20 meter private swimming pool against this background looks very impressive. Many loungers with umbrellas are placed beside the pool for you to appreciate this stunning natural beauty. The outdoor shower has warm water, which is very relaxing after a swim in the pool’s cool water. There is a shaded area at one end of the lawn where you can have an alfresco meal. It also has a barbecue.

Indoors: Both the apartments have their independent living, dining areas, and kitchenettes. They are stocked with a refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, freezer, juicer, kettle, mixer, and toaster. You have everything you will need in this rental property. The décor is minimalist, which is okay. You will be spending most of your time outdoors, appreciating the stunning scenery or visiting the many attractions nearby anyway.

Staff Quarters: When you stay at Villa Podere Gaia, you will have complete access to all utilities, towels, and internet. You can use the hairdryer, first-aid kit, air-conditioning, DVD player, satellite television, and everything else. A gardener will keep the property clean. Midweek cleaning, laundry, and heating come at an additional cost.

Location: Villa Podere Gaia is located on the hills behind Cinque Terre. You will be able to reach the Cinque Terre villages easily from here. Brugnato, only 14 kilometers away, is the closest town. It has restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. You don’t have to go to Brugnato for food. Pieve di Zignago is only 2 kilometers away. The closest beach is at Levanto, which is less than half an hour from this villa.
