It is a very quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Pietra del Sole is not just a home for a quiet island holiday. The house also offers many amenities and facilities that promise a comfortable stay. There is a private swimming pool, Turkish bath, gym, sauna, BBQ, two kitchens, and multiple living and dining areas. The villa has a fantastic location too. It is close to Trapani, which is often called “The City of Salt and Sail”. Sicily’s capital Palermo is also close.

Bedrooms: Villa Pietra del Sole has three houses. The main building has 3 bedrooms. The two annex buildings have a fourth and a fifth bedroom. Guests staying here will enjoy more privacy. Four of the five bedrooms have large king beds, while the fifth has a twin, making it a good choice for the babysitter and the traveling maid. Of course, two young children can also stay in the twin room.

All five bedrooms are air-conditioned. They have a modern décor. There are armchairs or sofas, dressing areas, wardrobes, and bedside reading lamps. The ensuite bathrooms all have showers. They have washbasins, bidets, towels, toiletries, and toilet paper rolls.

Outdoors: Outside, there is a fabulous 2000 square meter garden with many trees, ornamental, and aromatic plants. A manicured lawn connects them all. Pathways meander through the garden, helping you reach its corners. Sit under the shade of a tall tree and read a book. It is so calm and peaceful here that you may soon fall asleep.

Pietra del Sole villa has a large saltwater swimming pool, which is chlorine-free, and a Turkish bath. On the pool deck, you will find many loungers. The surrounding garden has interesting rock features. There is also a shaded pavilion with an outdoor dining table and a summer kitchen that has an oven, BBQ, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Indoors: Stepping through the front door, you will reach a spacious sitting room that leads to the kitchen and dining area. Everything is on one level and close for your convenience. The living room has sofas and armchairs. There is a second living room that has a large-screen television. The dining area features a nice farm-style table. Of course, you can also eat outside if you want.

The kitchen is just like home. It has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, hob, coffee machine, and washing machine. You can use everything, including pots and pans, tableware, and glassware. The gym and sauna complete the interior space.

Staff Quarters: This rental property offers a true haven of style and tranquility as well as a supremely comfortable base for a family or group to discover Sicily! In this luxury house, you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. All the rooms are air-conditioned. There is a strong Wi-Fi connection. Swim anytime you want. Use the sauna and the gym. Cook up a grilled delight in the barbecue. For a charge, you can rent a cook and maid.

Location: The villa is just outside the town of Trapani in western Sicily. It is not very popular with tourists, but the town has a delightful old quarter and a beautiful cathedral with a ceiling decorated with artwork. You can visit Saline di Trapani e Paceco to see how salt is made. The area is home to many sea birds. Palermo is slightly more than an hour away by car.
