Bedrooms: Villa Perledina can accommodate eight guests in its elegant four bedrooms, spread across two separate buildings. In the main house, you’ll find two double bedrooms upstairs, one with a twin bed. The ground floor has the common areas. The fourth bedroom with a queen bed is located in the annex building, which also has its own bathroom. It’s like having your own home on a luxury estate. Additionally, there are two more bathrooms within the well equipped villa. While all the bedrooms offer cosy comfort, the standout feature is the large windows that offer unparalleled views of the lake. The beds vary in style, with some being antique and others modern. Each bedroom has ample storage. All the comforts of home are available, like extra pillows and bedside reading lamps allowing you to enjoy a book before peacefully drifting off to sleep.

Outdoors: Villa Perledina has an outdoor space that truly sets it apart. Lake Como boasts numerous stunning villas near the water, and this one unquestionably claims its place at the pinnacle. One of the standout features of this rental property is its infinity pool, poised right at the water’s edge, accompanied by a nearby hot tub. Adjacent to the pool and Jacuzzi, a small platform hosts several loungers for relaxation. Just beyond this area, a verdant lawn extends to the house. The lawn also features a gazebo at one end, offering a shaded seating area perfect for savouring your morning coffee or enjoying the breathtaking evening sunsets over the lake. A stone pathway, complete with a bench and a small table, provides yet another vantage point from which to appreciate the mesmerising views.

Indoors: On the ground floor, you’ll find the intriguing living area, brimming with style and personality. A generously sized L-shaped sofa accommodates all guests, providing a comfortable vantage point facing both a TV and a window overlooking the scenic lake. This means you can enjoy those stunning lake views from the comfort of the indoors. Additionally, the room offers a cosy fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s an open-plan space that also features a four seat dining table.
