Bedrooms: The nine bedrooms are all large and spacious, much bigger than most hotel rooms. Five bedrooms have double beds while the others have twin beds. All of them are ensuite. Bedroom 1 on the ground floor features a private entry and offers direct access to the garden. Bedroom 2 has two garden-view windows that offer gorgeous views while Bedroom 5 offers views of the swimming pool. Bedroom 7 can accommodate one extra person in the sofa bed. This is also the villa’s largest bedroom. Bedroom 9 is located in the annex building.

Outdoors: The outdoor area measures 5000 square meters, featuring wide-open spaces and tall trees all around. You can easily see up to the horizon. Enjoy stunning sunset views with a glass of the best of Tuscany’s wine. The lush greenery presents a wonderful opportunity for the kids to get acquainted with nature – valuable time away from their mobile phones and school work. The L-shaped swimming pool has three segments, all connected to each other. It looks very inviting, perfect for a relaxing swim under the midday sun. Not in the mood for swimming? Grab one of the 12 loungers and bask under the Mediterranean sun. Read a book or listen to music, while sipping your drink. Life can be so relaxing in this rental property. All of you can also gather around the outdoor barbecue. There is an alfresco gallery with a table for 18 guests.

Indoors: You will surely be impressed with the traditional façade of this rental property when you reach the villa. The interior is even more impressive. This old farmhouse has been completely restored but it still reflects its original ambiance. The living and dining areas are warm and cozy. Beautiful paintings and objects of art decorate these spaces. Spend time together watching a movie or your favorite sports. There are two TV rooms, one on each floor. Find out who is the best at billiards. The indoor dining table is huge – it can seat 18 guests. You will find a historical tower within the lawns. It has a spa with Hammam and an indoor hot tub. Separately, there is also a fitness area with weights, a bench, and a cross-trainer treadmill, so that you can work out during your holiday and stay fit.

Staff Quarters: When you stay at Villa Pastello, a caddy car can also take you to the nearby golf course. There is also a tennis court, just 500 meters away. You can book your court time and hire a racket and balls. The villa can host events too for an extra charge. There is space to accommodate up to 150 guests.

Location: There is so much to see and do around this villa. Visit the scenic Capalbio region and see the old walls and the historic Square Belvedere. The wonderful Tarot Garden is an open-air museum. The towns of Pitigliano, Sorano, and Sovana have beautiful alleys, small squares, and passages. Here are some good restaurants you will love – La Fiumara, Il Calafelice, La Tana dei Brilli, and Enoteca San Guido.
