Bedrooms: This luxury home can accommodate up to 2 guests in its beautifully designed double bedroom with a large comfortable bed (2 twin beds joined together), which comes with an en-suite bathroom that is equipped with a relaxing shower, vanities, good quality toiletries and high quality fixtures. There is also a loft with a comfy single bed, for an additional guest. With ample space, the bright and airy bedroom opens up to the pool and outdoor space.

Outdoors: Step out into the large outdoor space. Take a slow leisurely walk around the well-manicured garden and take in the fresh, clean country air while admiring the superb views and beautiful greens. A small swimming pool with clear blue water, and a few sun loungers around it, is the perfect place for a nice dip or just to sunbathe. Enjoy a private al-fresco dinner at the outdoor covered dining area, furnished with a dining table and chairs for 4 guests.

Indoors: Surrounded by lush greenery, this charming and cosy home has an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen and living room together. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, and also a breakfast bar, convenient to prepare meals. The plush sofa awaits you for a quiet relaxing time in the lovely living area, where you can catch a movie together on satellite TV. You can also enjoy the amazing views of the surrounding countryside through the large glass doors.

Staff Quarters: The home’s friendly and efficient team will take care of all your needs during your stay here. They will provide assistance 24 hours a day during your stay. Complimentary services provided include baby high chair, cot/crib, open-air parking and final cleaning while on-demand services such as tours or excursions, dining arrangements, childcare, groceries shopping, transfers and many more, are available upon request and is subjected to additional charges.

Location: This marvelous home is located close to the Capdepera town centre (about 4km) where you will find plenty of shops, as well as restaurants that serve not only local food but also authentic Spanish food. Guests will not be short of things to do, as there are plenty of recreation and site-seeing places in the surrounding area, like the golf course in Son Servera, the sandy beach of Canyamel and the rock beach of Cala Auberdans.
