Bedrooms: Villa Nunzia houses four lovely bedrooms. Two pretty double rooms, one triple bedded room, and a twin bedroom, accommodating nine people comfortably. The sleeping level is again finished with luxury and care. Marble is used throughout with stunning flooring, and again a soft colour palette creates a soothing, calm, and cool space for a wonderful night’s rest.

The bedrooms are complete with comfortable beds, large wardrobes, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and plenty of storage space. Quality bedding and crisp sheets, and plenty of light and fresh air complete these delightful rooms, with views over the garden from all. There is also a balcony to enjoy the lovely views and perhaps a morning coffee enjoying the tranquility of this beautiful place.

There are three modern, pretty bathrooms for the bedrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and the other two with walk-in showers. Plush towels, toiletries, and hairdryers are supplied.

Outdoors: This gorgeous property is set in 2000mq grounds with a lovely turquoise blue 12×6 swimming pool to enjoy fun days in the sun. Ample sunbeds and an outdoor lounge area will be very popular with all guests, the primo spot to curl up and snooze, enjoy a good book or have fun with friends and family. A pool bar, BBQ, and outdoor dining make this fabulous property simply perfect. Bicycles are available on site.

There are also two covered car parks for guests’ convenience.

Indoors: Entering the home through the lobby guests will enjoy the feeling of light and space, with light polished marble floors, and a soft pallet used for walls and trims. The living room space is comfortable with large sofas and a flat screen TV for lazy nights relaxing. The dining and kitchen areas are part of this large open space, with floor to ceiling glass doors opening to the terrace creating a lovely indoor/outdoor feel.

The dining area has a large table with seating for ten guests and is adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen with a minibar. Everything one could need for creating lovely meals is here, with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, as well as crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Guests will enjoy creating wonderful meals with the stunning fresh produce available in the area.

Villa Nunzia also boasts an equipped gym and solarium for those wanting to work off some of the delicious food available in the area.

Staff Quarters: The villa is equipped with a safety box for guests’ use. The villa is thoroughly cleaned with beds newly made on check-in. Please note pets are not welcome.

Location: Villa Nunzia is located just over half a kilometer from town with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The area is full of wonderful places to visit such as historical Gallipoli with its large fish market, perhaps pick up some of the freshest fish for an alfresco BBQ in your lovely villa, Otranto Castle, and the lovely waterfront, nestled on the glittering Meditterean, or enjoy a day at the fabulous Spiaggia di Pescoluse with its crystal clear calm waters.
