Bedrooms: This beautifully decorated villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests, perfect for a group of friends or families. The master bedroom has a large dressing area, an ensuite bathroom, and a king-size bed which also includes access to the terrace where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or afternoon tea. The other three are downstairs two of which have a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king.

Outdoors: Surrounded by lush gardens and the crystal clear waters of Grand Cul de Sac lagoon, with lovely views over the serene sea, this luxurious villa features a large terrace, perfect for relaxing on a sunny day and enjoying the natural breezes at any time of day or evening. At the end of the terrace is a refreshing swimming pool to cool off on hot days and a spacious outdoor dining area, where guests can enjoy their meals in the fresh air.

Indoors: The house is newly renovated, with traditional architecture, light tones, with warm wood and natural fabrics throughout. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen, with modern units and appliances, as well as a breakfast island where guests can enjoy breakfast and quick eats. There is also an outdoor dining area which can seat up to 10 with views over the lagoon. The plush living room is the heart of the villa and features a large sofa and flat screen TV, while there is also an entertainment system with a DVD player so that guests can enjoy a film or two.

Staff Quarters: Relax and indulge at Villa Nolen all your needs taken care of by the friendly team of staff at Villa Nolen, who are on hand to ensure that guests have a wonderful time. The villa features housekeeping team and daily maid visits (apart from on Sundays and holidays). As well as concierge services which can arrange activities like golfing or scuba diving.
