Bedrooms: You’ll wake up every morning in the lap of luxury when you spend the night in one of Villa Nica’s three gorgeous bedrooms. Each is designed in a luxurious modern style, with ample space for storage and relaxation, you’ve got everything that you need to make yourself fully at home. The master bedroom features a deluxe double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The master suite is designed in rich olive and natural tones which are bound to create a gently soothing ambience. The second bedroom also features a wide double bed as well as a single bed and an ensuite shower room, while the third bedroom feature two single beds making it the perfect kids’ bedroom.

Outdoors: Sicily is famous for its glorious sunshine and lavish landscapes, both of which can be experienced from the privacy of your own garden at Villa Nica. Step outside and you’ll be greeted by fresh countryside air and the aroma of soft lawns and swaying trees. Where better to begin the day than in the outdoor living room, sipping a cappuccino and planning the day ahead with your fellow travellers? Located on a shaded veranda, the living area overlooks the large swimming pool, which in turn is lined with sun loungers and deck chairs. Whether you choose to spend all day in the garden or exploring the local towns and beaches, end the perfect day with the perfect grilled banquet, served around the al fresco dining table.

Indoors: When the heat of the day reaches its zenith, within Villa Nice’s breezy air-conditioning interiors. The main room is a luxurious living and dining room, featuring plush sofas, a wide-screen TV, a generous dining table and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to illuminate the room. In an adjacent room, culinary enthusiasts will be delighted to find the fully-equipped kitchen which offers the range of amenities that you’d expect from a villa of this calibre, including a stove, oven, fridge-freezer and coffee machine.

Staff Quarters: Your stay in beautiful Sicily will be made all the more comfortable and convenient with the help of the services and amenities on offer at Villa Nica. Guests will benefit from weekly and final housekeeping as well as changes of towels and sheets on either a weekly or twice-weekly basis. You’ll also have access to air-conditioning and WiFi in every room and dafe, onsite parking.
