The pool-facing unit spans two levels, featuring a double and twin bedroom on each floor, with two bathrooms, while the second apartment, albeit smaller, offers one double and one twin bedroom, both with ensuite showers. The largest unit boasts six bedrooms, including one with three beds, adorned with elegant décor and antique furnishings from the villa owner’s personal collection, enhanced by rustic stone walls for added charm.

Outdoors: Spread across a vast 5000-square-meter expanse, the property features three apartments situated on different levels within the garden, providing ample space for guests to dine together and socialise amidst lush greenery. The first two apartments, converted from an ancient mill dating back to 1100, boast a charming stone façade, while the third apartment, originating from 1800, shares this aesthetic appeal. Utilising the adjacent stream, one of the old mills powered by the stream remains, supplying water for the villa’s private swimming pool, offering a refreshing oasis with pristine, chlorinated water. Guests can enjoy leisurely swims and lounging on poolside recliners at their convenience, with garden chairs scattered across the lawn for relaxation. Additionally, a brick barbecue and alfresco dining area under a shaded canopy provide the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings, while a separate shaded space features a ping pong table for added entertainment.
