Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms all ensuites and all bedrooms have a sheen of quality interiors and furnishings. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is on the main level, while the other three are on the first level. Out of these three bedrooms, two of them have double beds. The master bedroom has large glass windows to face the marvelous landscape of mountains. It has a special viewpoint and reading space too. So fancy, reading a book amidst the beautiful views of the surroundings. The third bedroom on this level has two single beds. The villa sleeps a total of 8 guests. Even the bathrooms are designed with ceramic tiles by Porcelanosa, one of the landmark ceramic manufacturers in the world. There is an extra bathroom with a shower on the lower level.

Outdoors: The villa defines architectural elegance with modern design in all 3-stories. The location is such that it offers fantastic views of the mountains from its rooms and extending terraces. The jacuzzi on the main level terrace offers rejuvenation within the beautiful surroundings. There is an outdoor dining area along with a barbecue setup. The rooftop pool is on the third level and has round patio chairs along with a gazebo-like seating area. You can laze around here watching the beautiful canvas of sunset colours over the mountainside. The home has a garage space which can park two cars.

Indoors: The home carries sophistication from outside to inside. The high quality of interior design and furniture emanate luxury through the home. Even the choice of lighting is superior. The rooms have mirrors with LED lights. The back facade of the home has glass windows from its floor to ceiling so you have a spectacular view of the landscape. The fully equipped kitchen has German and Spanish technology by Bosch and Neff. The large living room on the main level is connected to the jacuzzi area.

One of the highlights of this villa is a 200-year-old olive tree in its central inner courtyard – a representation of classic Mallorcan history and identity. It has a glass enclosure on all four sides. Adjacent to this is a cabinet with great antique pieces, books, and potted plants. Careful attention has been paid to its interiors.

Staff Quarters: The villa has all modern amenities ensuring you a comfortable stay. The property has a centralized AC system and also offers underfloor heating, so ideal to visit any time of the year. There are baby cots and high chairs in two bedrooms, so families with small kids can have a relaxed stay. The other amenities in this home include a TV, barbecue, WiFi, jacuzzi, hairdryer, washing machine, and dryer. The furnished kitchen has an electric cooktop, microwave oven, coffee machine, fine cutlery, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A 15 to 20-minute drive from the home takes you to the white sand beaches of Alcudia and Can Picafort. You can also visit the sandy coves nearby like Cala San Vicente and La Victoria. You can relish some delicious cuisines from Mallorcan to the Mediterranean at restaurants in Alcudia. Maca de Castro is a Michelin star restaurant famous for Mallorcan cuisine.
