Bedrooms: Guests of Villa Minoa can choose from three beautifully appointed bedrooms that are fitted with two internal bathrooms and an external one. Two of the bedrooms have double beds while the third has two twin beds. Thanks to the soothing color palettes and high-end bedding, you’ll be able to enjoy a good night’s rest after a full day of sight-seeing. If you want to have extra guests over, additional beds can be set up to accommodate them.

Outdoors: The garden around Villa Minoa is gorgeously manicured, providing the ideal haven of peace and serenity where you can unwind while soaking up the Sicilian sunshine. To help you enjoy the weather to the fullest, the garden even features a barbecue area, perfect for fun dinners or lunches with your loved ones. If the weather gets too hot, you can always take a plunge in the refreshing private swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean plants and exotic trees swaying in the gentle breeze. The furnished patio features plenty of space where you can savor a meal while gazing out at the glorious views. Deck chairs ensure that you always have a cozy space for working on your tan, but you’ll also find plenty of shaded areas for when you need some respite from the sun.

Indoors: The generously-sized living room is fully air-conditioned to ensure your comfort even during those warmer summer months. This space also boasts comfortable furnishings as well as a flat-screen television. With a quaint dining space, the villa additionally boasts a kitchenette where you’ll find a fridge, cooking appliances, crockery sets, and utensils.

Location: Just a short distance from Villa Minoa is found Spiaggia San Vito Lo Capo, a white sand beach where you can relax on the sand or go for a dip in the warm, crystalline lagoon. Less than two kilometers away lies the Centro San Vito Lo Capo Town Center where you’ll find an assortment of retail, dining, and entertainment options.

In addition, a short drive from the villa takes you to Riserva dello Zingaro which is essentially a rock beach with spectacular views of the ocean.
