Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms which can accommodate up to eight guests and is perfect for extended families or large groups of friends. The master bedroom, which is located off the living area, has its own sitting area, king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedrooms are in a separate bungalow from the villa with a king bed and two twins that can be pushed together. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a shower in both rooms. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level with a king bed and small private terrace access to it. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower in it.

Outdoors: The villa’s shaded outdoor dining area is the perfect place to enjoy a meal, as it overlooks the ocean. Relax in the large swimming pool or enjoy the view in the brand-new built-in Jacuzzi. The sundeck next to the pool has loungers where you can relax in comfort while enjoying views of St Barts. There’s also an outdoor shower so that you can cool off after playing on the beach or poolside with children.

Indoors: The vaulted high ceilings and whitewashed walls give the impression of lightness, while the warm decor creates a sense of calm. A tropical breeze is guaranteed to waft through on many occasions thanks to the large open floor plan that enables you to enjoy cooling breezes. The airy living room has plenty of seating in soft cushy couches for lounging about reading or watching TV at night. For dining, there’s an elegant dining area with a large island that seats up to 8 people comfortably. The modern kitchen overlooks the pool and beyond, giving you an unparalleled vista of all that St Barth has to offer.

Staff Quarters: The villa is staffed with a concierge, housekeeper and assistance from an on-site gardener. The staff can arrange for airport transfers who will meet you upon arrival and provide general information about St Barths including booking of excursions and restaurant reservations. The concierge will be available throughout your stay to help with any queries, requests or issues that may arise.

Location: Villa Milonga is located in the heart of Gustavia, at the northern end of St Barth’s main town. It’s a short walk to the harbour and shops and a short drive to beaches, restaurants and more. The villa is within a few minutes’ drive to two beaches. The nearby beach towns also offer plenty to do, including a variety of shops and restaurants, beaches with swimming and snorkelling opportunities, boat tours, parasailing, and water sports rentals including kayaks and Hobie Cats.
