Bedrooms: The main house is spread over three levels. The ground floor has a double bedroom with a queen bed. The first floor has two bedrooms, both with queen beds and walk-in closets. All these three bedrooms are ensuite. One of them has a bathtub. The family bathroom features a spacious shower for a bath first thing in the morning or for unwinding before bed. But certainly, the highlight of the first floor is the terrace from one of the bedrooms that offer gorgeous views of Tuscany’s hills, valleys, and the town of Massarosa. Villa Marina Tuscany also has a separate cottage with a double bedroom. All of them can together sleep 8 guests. The cottage is nestled with green lawns and has two floor-to-ceiling glass walls, offering fabulous nature views.

Outdoors: The property’s gated entrance leads to its extensive grounds where you will find many oak and olive trees. There is a large private pool at the center. Relax under the shade of the tall trees or on a poolside lounger. Sip your drink, read a book, take in the gorgeous Tuscan sun, or just doze off on a lazy afternoon. Go for a run in the garden if you are an early riser. You will be greeted by the chirping of the many birds that live in these trees.

Indoors: When you step inside, you will be charmed by many Tuscan features like the terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceiling, and fireplaces. The living/dining room and the kitchen are both on the top floor. There are several lounging spaces – in the living room, TV room, and the library, all offering comfortable sitting. There are two separate dining areas as well, one in the formal dining room, and the second in the villa’s kitchen. If you want, you can also have your meal up on the terrace, while enjoying the stunning views of the hills and valleys. This is also the best place in the house for enjoying sunset views with friends and family.

Staff Quarters: The entire villa is air-conditioned. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the house as well. There is also an alarm system and first-aid kit. Your stay here comes with the services of a gardener, all utilities, and once-a-week cleaning. You can ask for heating and chef service at an extra cost.

There are several beaches, all close to this luxury villa – Tellaro, Fiascherino, and Portofino. You can even plan a day trip to Pisa, which is only 43 kilometers away, and Lucca, at a distance of 29 kilometers.
