Through a narrow road of about 3 meters wide, you get to a luxurious holiday home known as Villa Marika. Situated in a quiet location near Sant Agata Sui Due Golfi village, Italy, the rental features 6 spacious bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, living area, gym and an outdoor swimming pool with gorgeous sea and roses views. Villa Marika offers car hire services and also has a parking for upto to four vehicles. The property can accommodate 14 guests.

Bedrooms: Have a sound sleep in one of the six comfortable bedrooms in Villa Marika. The rooms have cozy double or single beds with air conditioning and heating. Four of the six bedrooms are accessible from the hallway and three of them consist of an en suite bathroom with shower enclosure, WC, a bidet and a sink. Some bathrooms also have hairdryers too. Two of the rooms also have a furnished private terrace with fantastic views.

The fifth and sixth bedrooms with queen size beds are in the annex with one having an adjacent bathroom. You can access both these rooms from the annex’s living room. Villa Marika has 6 bathrooms with showers all together and a separate WC.

Outdoors: Villa Marika offers a private outdoor pool and lawned garden with fabulous sunset views to its guests. The villa also has a parking lot for 4 cars close to the entrance door. The property has terraces and plenty of spaces to relax outdoors with elegant and quality outdoor furniture. A covered outdoor dining space is perfectly set near a BBQ area with sink, Pizza oven and lovely view of the sea.

Indoors: The main house of Villa Marika consists of a welcoming living room with tiled floor and beamed roofing. The lounge also features an armchair, a dresser, a TV and a double sofa bed. From the living room you’ll be able to view the sea through the window. The first kitchen is perfectly set next to the living room with a 12 seater dining area, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a gas cooker among other kitchen appliances. The annex hosts another living room and a kitchen with a four seater dining table, small fridge, cooker, a kettle and coffee machine.

Staff Quarters: If you choose to reside at Villa Marika, expect an amazing experience during your holiday. Our staff will not only be there to respond to your requests on time, but also they will give contact for the taxis if you need one and recommend the best boat trip that you can have. The host also provides baby facilities such as a crib in case you have a baby on board and we can also offer babysitting services on request. Catering services are also available in this property at a small cost.

Location: Marina del Cantone Sand beach is only 7m away from this accommodation, while Salvatore Beach is 2km far from the villa. Therefore, you can take a walk and enjoy beach activities such as snorkeling or just take a stroll along the beach. Sant Agata Sui Due Golfi town also has shops and restaurants where you can always go for shopping and outdoor meals.
