This six-bedroom holiday home is just 150 meters from the seaside. Bedrooms: Villa Maravillas is a two-storeyed home with six bedrooms. One of the bedrooms with two single beds is on the ground level. The rest of the five bedrooms are on the first level led through a wide staircase. Out of these four rooms, one room has a double bed and the other rooms have two single beds. There are two fully-equipped bathrooms with showers on this level. Three out of the five bedrooms have access to attached terraces that have nice views of the garden and poolside. The bedrooms are neat and tidy, with minimal and just the necessary furniture.

Outdoors: Villa Maravillas has spacious outdoors. You can chill in the private swimming pool and a separate elevated deck space which has 8 sun loungers. A few steps lead to the garden area which has a small seating area, ideal to spend some time in the evenings. There is a covered porch with a large dining table near the pool. You can take a dip and much on some snacks here. There is an outdoor shower facility too. Besides, two of the rooms have terraces, great spots to lounge after the sun goes down.

Indoors: The interiors of the villa are modern and comfortable for large groups. There is a spacious hall, a large living room with sofas and chair set, a TV and a centre table. The wooden cabinets on the wall are decorated with pots and vases. A few paintings hang on the wall. There are stylish lamps which ensure the area is well-lit. There is a small dining area in the living room. The kitchen is well-confined and has all modern appliances to cook delicious meals. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, oven, freezer, coffee maker, etc. There is a dining table for 8 in the kitchen as well. The first level has a nice spacious area and some beautiful wall paintings adorn the walls.

Staff Quarters: The independent kitchen has all facilities for guests to comfortably cook their meals. There is a fenced garden which ensures your security and privacy during the stay. The villa is air-conditioned. Clean bed linens and towels are provided by the staff. You will have internet access so you can even plan a workation here. We can provide a high baby chair, cot, or a crib on request.

Location: Villa Maravillas has a very convenient location, near to the popular tourist spots in Mallorca. The lively region of Playa de Palma is just 150 meters away from the home. In another 20-mins ride, you reach the island capital Palma de Mallorca. So you can spend your time exploring the famous cultural heritage spots like Palma Cathedral, La Lonja, Bellver Castle, etc. El Arenal is an area famous for its nightlife. If you love beers, you should visit here during Oktoberfest. There are several nightclubs in Playa de Palma if you want to experience the nightlife here. The promenade is well-known for numerous bars, restaurants, minimarkets, so you can totally enjoy the vibe of the place here.
