Villa Mar i Pins is the most elegant beachfront property in Puerto Pollensa. It is in a secluded corner of this resort town and offers sensational views. The beach is barely 10 meters away. It is so close that you may feel like sitting on a boat and bobbing on the water. When not enjoying the beach, or spending time in the many bars and restaurants in Puerto Pollensa, you may want to relax in the villa’s garden or private swimming pool. You may also want to fire up the BBQ and enjoy a feast.

Bedrooms: The villa has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have twins. The third bedroom has one queen bed and a sofa bed. So, in total, Mar i Pins has four single beds, one queen bed, and a sofa bed, which can sleep up to 6 guests. The décor is simple. The whitewashed walls and minimalist furnishing will provide a calming touch, helping you fall asleep quickly.

All the bedrooms have private seating areas, large wardrobes with hangers, bedside reading lamps, and windows providing views. The ensuite bathrooms have showers. Hair dryers and towels are provided.

Outdoors: Between the house and the beach, the villa has a fantastic outdoor area. There is a private swimming pool on one side and a grassy patch on the other. You can use the pool when you are not swimming in the crystal-clear water of the sea. Simply lie back in the pool to relax or wade through the water casually. You can also relax on the poolside to catch the warm Mediterranean sun.

Villa Mar i Pins has a wide terrace with seating and dining areas, both in the sun and under shade. This is a great spot for alfresco dining while enjoying the sea views. You will find a barbecue as well besides the 6-sitter outdoor dining table. There is a lounging space too with comfortable sofas on the terrace.

Indoors: Mar i Pins has been recently renovated with a clear focus on modernizing this luxury rental and adding guest comforts. However, the house still blends many traditional features with contemporary luxuries. There is a fully fitted kitchen with an adjoining dining room and lounge which opens directly onto the terrace with sea views.

The living/dining space is huge. The living area has a sofa and a television. One wall has a large glass panel overlooking the beach. The dining area is just around the bend. You will also find a second TV room where you can watch a movie. In the kitchen, you will find many appliances.

Staff Quarters: This beachfront luxury villa is a fantastic property in every way. The bedrooms have minibars and safes. There are hair dryers in the bathrooms. Enjoy the private swimming pool and the barbecue. Bed linen will be changed during your stay. The housekeeping team also offers mid-stay cleaning. The house has a strong internet connection too. The rooms are air-conditioned. You will get a baby high chair and a cot free on request.

Location: The villa is located at Port de Pollença, which is popular with British tourists. The resort inspired Agatha Christie to write a novel. It has a wonderful seafront promenade, excellent bars, restaurants, and shops. Many of them are an easy walk from this house.
