Bedrooms: Four of the bedrooms are found on the upper floor, one on the ground level, while the last one is located in the annex. All bedrooms feature comfortable double beds but some can be made two separate beds on request. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with two having both the tub and a shower, while the other one has a cubicle shower. Two bedrooms on the upper level share a common bathroom. The annex bedroom has a TV and access to the bathroom that is in the suite. All the rooms have fitted air conditioning and heating.

Outdoors: Villa Lux offers its guests a seasonal swimming pool that is available from April to the end of october. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers, deck chairs, table and chairs, portable bbq and an outdoor shower. The property also has a parking lot in case you hire a car.

Indoors: Villa Lux has two lovely living rooms. You get to the first one through a terrace, and it features a sofa, dining table with four seats, a TV with satellite channels, DVD/CD player, piano and a fireplace. The next room is the second living area with huge windows, brick fireplace, and a Tv with satellite channels. Both living rooms are fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the second living room, you head on to the dining space, with a 10 seater dining table, a TV, and a fireplace.

The kitchen equipped with all that you need for cooking has a <>lovely garden view through its french windows. It has direct access to the patio and the first living room too. The property also has an utility room and a gym with a bathroom, a TV, and quality fitness equipment.

The annex consists of a living room with smart decor, a double sofa bed, TV, and dining table for four guests, and a kitchenette with four hob gas stove, fridge with a freezer, an electric oven, microwave and a dishwasher.

Staff Quarters: At Villa Lux, you will enjoy services such as housekeeping, baby sitting, massage, private chef, boat transfer and grocery shopping upon request. However, you are entitled to have free internet, air conditioned rooms, bed linen, towels, daily cleaning, and a baby high chair during your stay in this property.

Location: Bus station is at your doorstep. Hence, you can easily move within this villa’s locality to explore more even if you don’t have a car. Restaurants and shops are also barely half a kilometer away from this accommodation, and so you can always walk to do shopping or enjoy outdoor meals. There is also a rock and a sand beach nearby this property where you can go and have fun.
