Sitting on the Zinzulusa Cave, Villa Luigia is a beautiful white home that offers a fantastic panoramic view of the sea in Castro. The 5 bedroom home can easily sleep up to 9 people comfortably and it comes with air conditioning, internet, an alarm system, an electric oven, a microwave oven, 5 televisions, mosquito nets, an electric gate, a parking area, and an outdoor shower. Pets are not permitted in the property.

Bedrooms: The rooms in Villa Luigia offer generous light and air, space for everyone, and guaranteed comfort, with two comfy double bedrooms, two double bedrooms with queen size bed, and a single room. Each with a window, a clothing cabinet, air conditioning, and wooden furniture. Painted and decorated in white walls and furniture, the rooms are meant for a nice relaxing sleep as you drift away by the sound of the sea.

The sleeping quarters of the house is separated from the living room by a corridor. The first room is a double bedroom with a partial sea view. The next one is an ensuite bathroom and shower double bedroom with a French-sized bed. The third and fourth rooms are located on the upper floor, a double bedroom with a window and an ensuite double bedroom with a French-sized bed. All bedrooms have access to the roof, which features a solarium, an outdoor dining area, and a stunning view of the sea.

Outdoors: Villa Luigia is a stunning villa offering panoramic views of the sea from its outdoor areas. As you enter the house, you will be greeted by the electric gate that leads into the garden which is partly paved and ornamented with trees and flowerbeds. On the rooftop of the house, you will find a special place where you can admire the undisturbed views of the blue ocean as well as enjoying alfresco dining with your loved ones under a pergola.

Indoors: The lovely white villa is spread over two storeys and the interior is dominated by soothing and relaxing colors of white, blue, and green. The living space of the villa has a typical barrel-vaulted ceiling, is furnished with shabby chic elements, including sofas by the fireplace and an adjacent dining area that seats up to 6 guests. The corridor leads to a spacious built-in fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden.

Staff Quarters: Villa Luigi provides all modern amenities you need for a great holiday in Castro, from a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, a washing machine, and internet access. Towels and bed linen can be provided for an additional fee as an added convenience. A bicycle rental service is also available at Villa Luigia.
