Bedrooms: The 3 bedrooms at Villa Loukoko are located on the right and left wings of the living room, but they do not connect. The rooms are designed with the distinctive element of having all of its walls fully made out of glass, and they are equipped with ensuite bathrooms and their respective terraces with chairs that afford guests with the perfect viewing platforms of the ocean vistas.

Outdoors: The outdoors of the villa consist of a terrace deck that houses the infinity-edge swimming pool and a sheltered portion for lounging and alfresco dining. A unique and unusual feature of the terrace here is a hidden television in the floor, which can be automatically elevated up for guests who want to watch something while outdoors, and have it concealed back to its original position that it feels like a ‘normal’ terrace. There is an outdoor parking facility for guests which is one level down and can be accessed either using the internal or external staircase. A small garden hideaway can be found a few stairs up from the main level that offers a perfect space for quiet yoga or meditation sessions.

Indoors: Inside, the living hall and the fully-equipped kitchen share a single open space via its open plan layout, while fitted with windows on both sides of this main room and a skylight overhead that adds a certain surreal and spatial dimension with a different kind of ambiance during the day. Contemporary and sleek design would come to define the interiors that are also made homely thanks to the body of artwork and colours visibly present throughout. Guests also have an indoor parking garage that they can make use of as it doubles as a games room that is equipped with a ping pong table, a foosball table and also a pool table.
