Villa Litera Seminyak is an exquisite holiday home nestled in the Kerobokan enclave of Seminyak, in the heart of Bali. This tranquil sanctuary features three luxurious bedrooms, a private pool, expansive terrace, open layout internal spaces (consisting of living and dining areas) and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, all thoughtfully crafted to provide the utmost comfort and luxury. The home can accommodate up to 6 persons at any one time at its beachside location. Bedrooms: You’ll feel right at home in the three spacious and luxuriously designed bedrooms, each equipped with a cosy king-size bed, safe deposit box, generous storage spaces, tv and airconditioning, thoughtfully planned with your ultimate comfort in mind. For added convenience and privacy, each comes with a sizeable attached bathroom featuring high-end fixtures, refreshing showers, plush toiletries, huge standalone bathtub and vanities. In addition, guests can gain access to the pool area with ease, via the enormous floor to ceiling glass sliding door.

Outdoors: Its indoor areas are comfortable and welcoming. Its open layout concept provides seamless connectivity across the internal spaces with ease. Sink into the palatial sofa in the enclosed living space for quiet contemplation or watch your favourite tv show or listen to music streamed via the Harmon Kardon Bluetooth Speaker. Massive windows all around allow you to enjoy the lovely vistas of the pool area while enjoying your meals, relaxing or even cooking. The kitchen is modern, complete with all the necessary appliances such as toaster, huge refrigerator, electric kettle, cutleries, kitchenware and microwave, among others. A vast island table separates the kitchen from the dining space. It can also be used for quick meals or chatting with the chef while watching them do their culinary magic. Its dining space is small and cosy with a beautifully crafted wooden dining table that can host 6 persons allowing bonding and sharing of meals in an intimate setting.

Staff Quarters: At Villa Litera Seminyak, a dedicated team of full-time staff is at your service, catering to all your needs, further enhancing your stay. In ensuring the property’s cleanliness, housekeeping services are provided on a daily basis while security personnel ensures the safety of all guests. Upon checking in, each guest will be accorded welcome drinks. The concierge can help with arrangements such as babysitting, car rental, pool and stairs fence, baby cot, high chair, driver hire and more, for a little extra.
