Villa Linchiano is an old property recently renovated to and furnished with modern facilities. Located in Gambassi Terme, Italy, the 8 bedrooms property consists of two separate buildings. The main structure has 6 bedrooms and the tower (95 sqm) next to it houses 2 bedrooms. Villa Linchiano offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool to its guests and a private garden among other fabulous amenities.

Bedrooms: Villa Linchiano has 8 bedrooms that can accommodate a maximum of 14 people. 4 of the bedrooms have double beds, two bedrooms have two single beds each, and the last 2 bedrooms are equipped with a single bed each. Two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room, are found on the ground floor alongside a single bedroom. On the first floor, you find another double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The remaining two bedrooms; one single and one double, are located in the 12th century tower situated just next to the villa. The main farmhouse has 5 bathrooms while the tower has a single bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet.

Outdoors: Villa Linchiano has a swimming pool surrounded by umbrellas and deck chairs just for its guests. A private garden with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ facility will also be at your disposal. The villa has a parking lot where guests can park their cars safely too

Indoors: The main house features three living rooms. One large living area is on the ground floor, together with a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor houses the other two living rooms with one featuring a large fireplace. The tower also features another fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace and two more living rooms. The rental has a laundry area and a study room too.

Staff Quarters: Guests will have full accessibility of the entire accommodation with internet and fully equipped kitchen. The villa will be cleaned before you arrive and all the toiletries together with bed linen and towels will be provided. They will also have access to a private pool and the garden. The host will also provide other services and facilities such as baby items upon request and at an extra charge.

Location: Guests can take a leisurely walk around the countryside as they mingle with other travelers in the nearby villas. They can also enjoy watching the animals and nature as well. Firenze, Siena and Pisa sites are also within reach and guests can always go to explore them. Tuscany has several restaurants and bars where guests can enjoy different traditional cuisines. The town’s nightlife is also wonderful and you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to knowing where and how you want to spend your night.
