It can be a very good choice if you are looking for a place to stay close to some of the top sights and attractions but prefer seclusion and peace. The setting of this holiday villa and the greenery all around, promise a relaxed and peaceful vacation.

The villa is just outside the city of Beverino. You can take a bus, train, or drive down to the stunning Cinque Terra from Beverino. It will only take half an hour. Villa Ligure has 2 bedrooms, outdoor/indoor living and dining spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and many modern amenities. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a manicured lawn. The building’s glass façade provides great views even from the inside.

Bedrooms: The house sleeps 6 guests in the 2 bedrooms. Both the bedrooms are on the first floor. They are fully air-conditioned and ensuite. The bedrooms have modern décor but the beds have antique design elements. One comes with a mirror. An entire wall is made of glass. Open the drapes for nature views or keep them closed if you prefer shade. Both the bedrooms have floral-themed walls, which represent the nature and flowers from the surrounding areas. The ensuite bathrooms are modern too. They have large mirrors and modern sinks with faucets. Hairdryers and towels are provided.

Outdoors: The land area of this property in Liguria is spread over 1000 square meters. Its lawn is broken up into different sections, all offering gorgeous views of the Ligurian countryside. You will find many seating areas, flowers, and plants dotting the garden. On various levels, there are many quiet spots where you can enjoy your morning coffee or just sit in the sunshine to read a book with the sound of birdsong in the background. There is a covered area at one corner where you can enjoy your alfresco meals. You will find a barbecue here and seating for everyone. The private swimming pool looks inviting. Spend quality time together as a family or group of friends around the pool.

Indoors: This is a modern home, yet has an abundance of character. The interior has been designed charmingly with a lot of love, whether it is the old piano, floor-to-ceiling glass panels, the winding staircase that goes to the upper level, or the cozy corners. You will find contemporary pieces alongside antique furnishings. There is a sense of style and comfort everywhere. The ground floor has the living/dining space and the kitchen. There is also a sofa bed, which means Villa Ligure can sleep up to 6 guests.

Staff Quarters: Your stay here comes with the services of a gardener, who looks after the plants and keeps the compound clean. Internet, all utilities, air conditioning, towels, and linen are all included. You can ask for midweek cleaning and heating for an extra charge. The house also allows pets on request.

Location: Villa Ligure is in the Ligurian countryside but it is still only 17 kilometers from La Spezia, which is the gateway to the beautiful Cinque Terre. This area offers stunning scenery. You should also explore Golfo dei Poeti which has inspired many writers and artists, including Shelley and Byron. It is only 40 minutes by car from this luxury villa. Cross over to Tuscany to spend a day at Lucca and Pisa. You can even visit Florence, which is less than three hours away.
