Bedrooms: The three bedrooms can sleep up to five guests. Two bedrooms have queen beds, while the third has a French bed, which is ideal for one guest. They are all spacious, much bigger than most hotel rooms. So, you will have plenty of space. Wooden flooring provides a classic feel. Each bedroom has a satellite TV, so you can watch your favorite soccer team in action even during your holiday. There are sitting areas as well.

The ground floor has two bedrooms that share a bathroom. The first floor has one bedroom that comes with a bathroom with a stand-alone shower. Towels, toiletries, and hairdryers are provided.

Outdoors: Climb down a few steps to reach the pool terrace that sits at the edge of a hill. It offers enchanting views of the hill and the city at the base of the hill. You will see the immensity of nature in front of you, which knows no limits. When you stay in this luxury villa, you will have exclusive access to this charming private swimming pool with a sunbathing area. Loungers with umbrellas are placed around the pool, so you can get a tan or head for shade in the midday heat. There is something magical about an Italian sunset with a drink in hand.

Enjoy an alfresco meal outdoors under the Italian sun beside a small but pretty lawn. The table can seat all five guests.

Indoors: Inside, this two-storied rental villa features comfortable and large rooms, all offering magnificent views, thanks to the panoramic windows. In-room facilities include air conditioning, heating, internet, hairdryers, and a first-aid kit, in case you need it. The living room with a fireplace is cozy. You can spend your evenings here, discussing your next day’s plan. Villa Levante also has a small library. The kitchen has a coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, and oven. The villa owner has also provided an iron and board for your convenience.

Staff Quarters: When you stay here, you will have access to air conditioning, internet, all utilities, and the services of a gardener. There is parking space available for two cars. Midweek cleaning and the services of a chef will come at an extra cost. You can also book a massage or a yoga session. The villa owner will help you plan a wine tasting experience, boating on the Mediterranean, and even scuba diving.

Location: Villa Levante is in Liguria, only 5 kilometers from the port city of La Spezia, which is considered to be the gateway to Porto Venere and Cinque Terre. The stunning Italian fishing village of Portofino is only an hour’s drive away. You can drive to the famous seaside resort Levanto in only 30 minutes. You can even visit the historical towns of Tuscany like Lucca and Pisa from here.
