Bedrooms: With 6 bedrooms for 12 guests, it also offers a plus 1 bedroom that is suitable for staff or kids. Each of the bedrooms carry a unique and distinctive theme, for example, the Architect’s room that is separate from the rest of the home and is just right next to the pool cabana, and equipped with an outdoor bathtub. Meanwhile, the Master Bedroom is in the main house right off the living room, which consists of a spacious bathroom and bathtub, as well as a lovely private terrace that comes with a good-sized stone pool. Take a flight of stairs down to reach the Tiffani’s and Hemingway’s rooms, each being equipped with 2 twin beds and the latter with a sofa bed. The access to the additional staff room is from the Hemingway’s, which can be enquired and requested should guests need it. On the same level, guests will also find the Safari and Voyager’s rooms with a separate external access. All rooms here come with their own ensuite bathrooms and bathtubs.

Outdoors: The lava-stone pool outside the villa’s grounds is surrounded by a row of sunbeds on the wooden deck with a close-by cabana for guests to also prepare and freshen up after using the pool. The cabana is decorated with soft furnishings and hanging pieces that the owners have so tastefully created, while the pool with an infinity edge juts out and looks out to the breathtaking ocean across and beyond. There are also grassy well-manicured green lawns with tall trees and plants that make the whole exterior a soothing and calming tropical oasis of tranquillity whenever guests are outdoors.

Indoors: Guests are in for a sumptuous, visual feast once indoors thanks to the owners’ generous placement of collectibles and furnishings around the home, to be admired as conversational pieces. Garnered from their many travels across the world, the home is like a living artefact or museum that enlivens up the living vibes within its ample spaces and floor size. The living hall provides an exemplary first impression as soon as guests step in, with an eclectic mix of furniture pieces and art collections while floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors offer plenty of ocean breeze to waft into the airy room. A covered passageway connects the main room to the dining area which can be opened on both sides to allow for more tropical breezes in, as well as to the well-equipped kitchen area that comes complete with a wood-fired pizza oven and raw fish station. Last but not least, is the spa and massage room and also a fitness room overlooking ocean views that make this retreat a paradise resort for guests.

Staff Quarters: Guests at Villa Les Lataniers will be happy to know that the team of staff provide top-notch hospitality and services to meet all of guests’ needs and requests. Its 24/7 in-house concierge team helps with all kinds of arrangements and detailed requests of guests, while the housekeeping team does daily cleaning services with the exception of Sundays and public holidays. There is also a personal escort team for guests upon their arrival at the airport or harbour to get to the villa’s grounds for check-in, and the same being conducted during check-out and departure.

Location: Villa Les Lataniers, which is located at the very end of Anse des Cayes, allows guests to explore some of the most beautiful views of the sea and the rolling hills.
