Bedrooms: Its four beautifully designed airconditioned ensuite bedrooms can comfortably sleep 8 persons. All four rooms have comfortable beds (king or twin bed configurations) and nice bathrooms with high end fixtures, relaxing showers, finest toiletries and dual vanities. The master suite is in what is formerly an old mill that sits at the edge of the sand. Very private, this atypical small bedroom opens to a private terrace that leads directly onto St. Jean beach. Two refreshed bedrooms of equal sizes are set across each part side of the corridor in between the living, kitchin and dining space.

Outdoors: Step out onto the lush outdoor areas which is surrounded by swaying palm trees, lush manicured garden, blooming vines and native species to savour the vistas from the array of outdoor living spaces, like the brand new infinity pool surrounded by a deck with lounge chairs under large parasols, a spacious covered terrace that contains an al fresco dining area and outdoor living room as well as several lounging spaces. A great spot for star gazing, sunrise or sunset viewing, sunbathing or just relaxing under the shade and you will feel as if on your own private beach.

Indoors: The property’s open plan concept allows you to enjoy views from everywhere, and savour fresh sea breezes. The many arched doors leads you into the chic living room with its high, wooden ceilings, palette of rich brown and blue that is air-conditioned and furnished with large palatial sofas, and TV, where you can immediately feel at ease as you relax after an exhilarating day out. It opens onto the outdoor dining area and the nicely pruned garden facing the ocean. The contemporary kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, Espresso machine and dishwasher at the back of the living room allowing meals and snacks to be prepared conveniently and leads to a further (second) dining space.

Staff Quarters: The property’s very professional and friendly team will take care of all your needs throughout your stay. The knowledgeable concierge team available 24/7 can help with planning and arranging all activities (such as babysitting, grocery shopping, private parties etc) while the hardworking housekeeping team provides daily cleaning (except sundays and public holidays). We also offer arrival and departure transfers from airport and the harbour (just need to inform use in advance). A welcome gift awaits you on arrival at the home. Some services are complimentary while others are subjected to additional charges.

Location: Those who love the beach will truly enjoy staying at Villa Le Moulin as the beach and ample water sports such as paddle boarding and windsurfing are practically at the doorstep. Not too far away are restaurants and trendy boutiques. As the home is not too far from the airport, you will also be able to see the takeoff and landing of small planes from the little runway.
