Bedrooms: Its 3-bedroom are luxuriously designed to fit a family of 6. The first bedroom, the master suite, which exudes a minimalist charm, features a palatial king bed, chest of drawers and ample storage spaces, complemented by soft colour tones, promoting a serene setting for restful sleep. A vast window offers enchanting views of the manicured garden and forested hill, while the ensuite bathroom boasts high-end fixtures, a bathtub, relaxing shower, vanities and premium toiletries.Meanwhile, the two remaining bedrooms feature comfortable twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes and soft colour tones reminiscent of the surrounding hillside’s diverse flowers. Large windows illuminate these rooms, and guests share a bathroom equipped with a shower, enhancing the familial and cosy atmosphere of the property.

Outdoors: Perched atop a hill, the retreat commands unobstructed views of the sea, creating a breathtaking outdoor oasis. Steps away is the glistening infinity pool beckoning to you to jump in for a refreshing swim, while the beautifully manicured lawn encircles the pool, and invites picnic moments, immersive reading or sheer relaxation under the radiant Mediterranean sun. On the pool deck lines several sunloungers with large parasols and tall trees providing natural shade. A large semi-shaded terrace overlooking the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia, hosts an outdoor lounging area, while a covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen boasts a built-in BBQ, sink, and utility area with a washing machine. An antique coffee table, repurposed from a bygone era when the home served as a farmhouse, adds historic charm. To the left, the dining area awaits. with a wooden table for six, seamlessly flowing into the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a range of appliances such as a coffee maker, oven, toaster, microwave and utensils.

Staff Quarters: A professional and friendly team will take care of all your needs during your stay. Final cleaning is complimentary while bed linens are changed once a week, All other services such as childcare, transfers, baby cot, baby high chair, tours etc, can be requested and arranged, for an additional fee.
