Bedrooms: Villa La Picena is home to six bedrooms—four double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. The bedrooms are located on each floor so you can pick the ones that are convenient to access. The studio upstairs is spacious with a sofa bed, air-conditioning, arm chairs, etc. There is another open room with additional bedding. The bedrooms are well-furnished, air-conditioned, equipped with wifi, and more. One of the upstairs bedrooms leads directly to the terrace. Some bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms while other access shared bathrooms with modern amenities.

Outdoors: Villa La Picena features a spectacular Mediterranean landscape surrounded by gardens that are teeming with lemon trees, olive trees, oleanders, roses, and vineyards. The verdant surroundings are perfect to spend time outdoors hanging out on the patio or taking a swim in your private pool, or even relaxing on the sunbeds soaking up some sunshine. There is a children playground that will keep the kids occupied while you catch some sleep. Upstairs, you have a spacious terrace for even better views and beautiful sunsets. There is a fitness room housed in a small room in the garden if you want to get in a workout.

Indoors: The main floor at Villa La Picena is home to a spacious living area, dining room, and modern kitchen with an independent apartment for more privacy. The covered terrace also offers ample seating so you can enjoy lovely garden views while having your tea. The living room is well-furnished for comfort featuring plush sofas and armchairs. You can head upstairs to the second living area as well. There is a work desk and wifi here in case you wish to work or access the internet.

The patio has al fresco dining or you can eat indoors as there is a dining table on either floor. You have two modern kitchens, each fully-equipped with appliances to help you cook easily. You have coffee machines, ovens, refrigerators, toasters, dishwashers, etc. The kitchens are air-conditioned so you can cook conveniently. A wood burning stove also allows you to make smoky food while you’re at it! You can head to the terrace which has sunbeds, garden furniture, etc.

Staff Quarters: Overlooking the valley, offering 360 degree views makes Villa La Picena a true holiday haven. You can park your vehicles in the free parking spots. Housekeeping is offered at the start and end of your stay. You can request tours, excursions, and cooking lessons, among other things.

You can head to the bus stop in Ripatransone, 5 km away, or take the train to other cities in Le Marche.
